Additional FOB $30 each Parking fees * 1 week (1 to 7 days): $100.00 * 2 weeks (8 to 14 days): $125.00 * 3 weeks (14 to 21 days): $150.00 * 4 weeks (21 to 30 days): $175.00 * Temporary Pass: $20.00 for a few hours * Overnight temporary Pass: $40.00 All Units Include * One beach umbrella * Beach towels for your use at the beach * Two beach chairs (non-reclining, foldable for beach convenience) Important: * There is one laundry room per floor; it is not located inside the apartment. * Please be aware that if you wish to rent reclining beach chairs, this service is offered directly through the beach service and is not included as part of the resort amenities. Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Perfect for a quick last minute getaway

The condo has everything you will need for your stay . The beach view from the balcony was Amazing!The pool was nice and clean. The host was very communicative and answered all of our questions. The location was walking distance to Walmart and close to the airport. We will definitely come back again. I highly recommended .
