Situated in Palm Island, this lovely condo for $149 per night is a great option for your next trip. Perfect location with spectacular Marina view! Located in Placida, right on the Intercoastal that leads to the gulf, with resort pool and hot tub overlooking the water. Close proximity to several golf courses and independent restaurants; 12 mins to Manasota Key, and 15 mins to Boca Grande. After a day at the beach, boating, fishing, water sports, or golfing, Reel Paradise provides a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. The Condo is on the second floor with elevator access and has been beautifully updated with bamboo flooring throughout and onto the lanai, making the space feel much larger. We have a comfortable pull-out couch that can sleep two additional guests. As you sit and relax in the great room, you'll have a relaxing view of the marina, or lounge in the heated pool or in-ground Hot Tub, which is just a short walk. There are several golf courses and beaches near by. Dolphin tours, booze cruises, kayaking, paddle boarding and so much more, is right in our area! Boat slips are also available at the marina for rent. Message us for recommendations for boat and trailer storage.

What a great getaway for our anniversary! The location was perfect being so close to Boca Grande and shops with an awesome view of the marina at night! The pool and hot tub were perfect temps for day and evening use! Definitely will return! The hosts were very helpful and in touch through our stay!

We rented this unit for some out of town friends. The property was beautiful and clean with wonderful views. Our friends were delighted and the hosts made sure everything was excellent.

Overall location for our visit was great. The problem we had was the water from bath faucet smelled like sewer. The trash can had fecal mater in it. Did not know this until we were leaving when we removed our trash. the main couch was so dirty my wife cleaned it of but she would not sit on it. So ,overall place and location fine. cleanliness of the unit to us was unacceptable. The owner will not refund any monies for this. He told us that the cleaning company was not able to clean this unit. They did it in house????? Not very sanitary with todays standards.

This boat/beach-themed cottage on the mainland side of the Palm Island Resort makes you feel like you’re in Another world. The views from this corner unit are stunning as it faces the Palm Harbor Marina. This was the perfect place to escape the winter blahs and provided much needed Sun,Surf, Shells and Seafood. The private beach is accessible by taking the water taxi over to the island. It is located at end of dock by Leverocks seafood restaurant next door . Rum Bay restaurant on the island is a must for cool tropical drinks and great food .

We completely enjoyed our stay at this property. The name is Reel Paradise Cottage and is so fitting. It is perfectly located with everything you could need close by from great restaurants to a grocery store to a nail spa to a beach - with one restaurant just across the parking lot. Right nearby is also the pool and the water taxi to the island for beach time. What more can you ask for? On top of everything the property itself was very well maintained and decorated beautifully. The owners were 100% accessible to answer any questions. Also, a nice touch was there were condiments available so you didn't have to buy things like salt and pepper when cooking in the the fully equipped kitchen. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
