It is located within The Currituck Club resort and has 6 bedrooms with 5.5 baths which it makes it a perfect fit for your family group. Besides having access to the various resort amenities, this home offers a private pool*, a hot tub and it is also dog-friendly for up to 2 pets. Beds: 4 King Masters, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk Bed Sets; 14 Towel Sets provided TOP LEVEL: With the popular beach plan layout, the Great Room on this level has several areas designed for relaxation: a large sectional and two armchairs in the living area plus a Ships Watch that offers a poker table with four chairs. The Dining table seats 10 and the Kitchen Island seats 4. The Kitchen has plenty room for preparing family meals; and is equipped with two ovens. There is deck access to the front and back of the house for sunning and relaxation. Enjoy outdoor dining on the table and six chairs located on the back deck. The first of four King Master Suites is located on this level with a tiled shower in its Master Bath. This bedroom has private deck access with furniture. MID LEVEL: Stairs down to the mid level leads to four other bedrooms. One King Master Suite has private deck access to the front of the house. Its Master Bath has a tiled shower. The Queen bedroom has access to the back covered deck with stairs down to the ground level. The third bedroom on the level offers two Bunk Bed Sets for kids. This room shares a full bathroom with a tub/shower with the Queen bedroom. The other King Master Suite on this level also offers private deck access to the front of the house and a private bath with a tiled shower. GROUND LEVEL: A large, spacious Lounge has a large flat-screen TV to watch movies or sports. The game area has a Foosball table and a Mortal Kombat® arcade game. A second full-size refrigerator and a kitchenette area will be a convenient amenity to enjoy beverages and snacks with easy access to the outdoors. The 6th bedroom at this home is a King Jr. Master Suite which shares a semi-private bath (tiled shower) with the Lounge/Game area. The garage has a Ping Pong table but is not available for guest parking. On the outdoors, there is access to the fully enclosed fenced pool deck around the private pool (14' x 30', free pool heat available upon request*) with outdoor furniture that includes a picnic table and lounge chairs. [Note: garage is locked and not available for guest use.] EXTRAS: As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool, Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball! There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean views. *Free pool heat is available upon request PRIOR to the vacation arrival date for the months of May-June and Sept-October only (not offered in July or August).

The neighborhood was quiet and very near to the wild horses. My only complaint was the road work in the neighborhood. It was hard to navigate around it. If we hadn't had a 4 wheel drive truck it would have been tough. They directed us to drive over curbs and up on sidewalks. Other than that the house was great, very clean, and well appointed. The grill was in amazing shape for a grill at the beach. Beautiful pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.

We've done several OBX vacations over the years up and down the island. This was one of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed at! New construction and lots of attention to detail throughout. Paramount (property manager) was excellent on communication and it couldn't have been easier. The checkout process was also great. Leave sheets on bed, towels in bathroom and lock the door. And they even came and wheeled garbage/recycling carts out the day before pickup for you! Only slight downside to this property is it is a trek to the beach, and while they have free trolley service, it is a bit sporadic and not ideal for hauling everything. But we would absolutely stay here again!

This was our 5th or 6th time in Corolla area overall and 3rd time in the Currituck Club. Love the amenities the community has to offer, especially the pickle ball courts, tennis courts and fitness center. Landon Sea is a newer build, nicely decorated and very clean when we arrived. Got a lot of use out of the private pool and hot tub. We had 10 adults and 2 teenagers and only three of the six bedrooms had their own bathroom. Can't really knock any stars off the review as we knew this going in to the rental but it ended up being a little more inconvenient than we had thought. Only disappointment with the house, one bedroom didn't have a closet and the room with four bunks only had a small closet/no dresser. Would recommend

The home was exactly what I was expecting only better! It was clean and inviting for my whole family. Everyone had their own rooms and bathroom. Wish the weather was better as it was my 1st time in OXB.

1st time in OBX! Best home rental ever!

This rental was exactly as advertised. Super easy check in/out. Great location in neighborhood with excellent amenities. We stayed before Memorial Day prior to trolley being in service however the beach easily accessed via car in just minutes. The home was very clean and well appointed. Both the private pool and hot tub were serviced the day of our arrival and ready to be enjoyed. Beds were very comfortable. More than enough space for our family of nine to be together or enjoy time alone. Definitely will stay again in the future.
