Cute newly renovated bungalow nestled in the heart of artistic influenced West-end Sand City, mixed in with residential and industrial area. A 5 minutes’ walk to restaurants, beach sands. Surrounding it is extensive activities such as bike trails, surfing, and prestigious breweries at your fingertips. As advertised. Great location, as close as you can get to the beach in this area without staying at the hotel. House was nice and clean, not spacious but able to accommodate our group of 8 with some extra spots to sleep. Host was very communicative, would stay here again if in the area.

Cozy place. One bedroom was accessible through another bedroom. No handrail on stairs going into front door. Convenient location to many opportunities and adventures. We enjoyed our time in the area.

The home is well maintained and clean. Very roomy with a large private back yard. The host is very easy to contact and responsive to questions. Access to the house and WiFi was seamless. A short walk to the beach and a grocery store is only 10 minutes away by foot. Will recommend to my friends and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The house was much smaller than expected and needed a deep clean. My sons feet turned black from the dirt on the floor within 10 minutes of being there. There was also a weird smell throughout the house. The owners were extremely nice and communicated well. They made sure there were plenty of blankets and towels for all guests.
