We are so impressed with this place. We like that it is close to everything but yet so quiet and peaceful at night. The owners did a fabulous job making us feel welcome, including decorating the place with Christmas tree and decorations. Everything we needed was here. We truly feel at home here and will plan to come back next time we are in the area. Terrific value for the money.

What a great place! Spacious, clean, very nice interior! Located about in the middle of Pigeon Forge with easy access to the main road. Owners have great communication and it was decorated nicely for the holidays. Even a thoughtful little sign welcoming us as we entered! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We came for our 16 year anniversary. We love this home , it was clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Oh and love the shower. Great location . We found a home that we will rent many more times to come .

It was a wonderful home. Close to everything but far away from all the excitement. Love they allowed my fur baby to come along. My family enjoyed staying here cleanliness and communication was very good. We will be staying here for our future vacations to pigeon forge and gatlinburg area.

We loved our stay here for the week! Everything was very well stocked. Prime location. Close enough to the touristy stuff if thats what you want but also far enough away to avoid the madness. Great communication from the host.

This townhouse was wonderful! The unit was clean and well equipped. The owners stayed in contact during the stay to make sure everything was to our liking. The location is away from the crowds but close enough to be convenient. I would highly recommend this place.

This was a great property. We were here for a baseball Tournament and the property was centrally located to everything, quiet area, very clean, and the hosts gave great instructions prior to arrival to make everything smooth and easy!

This property was beautiful and spotless! It was close to all the activities in Pigeon Forge. Our family (4) traveled for a dance competition and my daughter especially loved the wonderful shower after a long, tiring day competing. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property! Felt very safe and comfortable since it's located in a gated community.
Two teens and I enjoyed watching movies each evening after long day of shopping.
Owners are very responsive and helpful.
The unit is well appointed throughout. Even had a beautiful Christmas tree.

This villa is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The villa was very clean, well stocked & close to all the attractions. The den area is set up perfectly for great conversation. The TVs include all the great apps, including Netflix so you don’t have to remember your logins.
The community is quiet and gated for extra security, plus just a minute from the main stretch of Pigeon Forge.
We had a question and the owners responded immediately. It was apparent that they care about their guests.
We really enjoyed our girls trip, and this villa was more than we expected.

Wonderful!!
We stayed here for two weeks and I can honestly say this is the best place we've ever stayed. It is clean, well maintained and beautiful. The owners kept in touch with us the whole time and are very kind in every way. I cannot say enough good things! It was exceptional!
