Good location. Beautiful old property. Good continental breakfast. Excellent restaurant connected to the establishment.
Being old meant you could sometimes hear others, or ghosts, walking around upstairs.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely evening meal in the restaurant. The chef was very helpful altering recipes to suit my wife, who is celiac and has a tomato allergy.
Good continental breakfast.
Pleasant walks just over the road.
This is an old building in the process of renovation. The floors creak. Some of the curtains need replacing, ours had paint on them.

Location was good for the event we attended nearby
We could hear rodents all night behind the false walls. Tea making facilities in the room were dirty. The tray that it sat on was disgusting.
