Room was very clean and a good size. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Room service menu is varied especially for kids. The hotel has some character about it and is a picture postcard but internally it could do with some modernisation for example air conditioning in the rooms of which ours was pretty hot and humid even with window open. That said, the beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. All in all, a very good hotel and stay.
