2022 full gut job renovation completed including white oak hardwoods throughout to bring this charming old Florida cottage up to current expectations. Ideal layout with two bedrooms up, two on main, private pool, one street (three minute) walk to large community pool, and just 100 steps to community beach access! And all the tranquility and uncrowded beaches afforded within the gated confines of The Plantation and it’s 24 hour security.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. The kitchen had all the things we needed to keep our family happy and well fed. The beach was just a five minute walk and not crowded at all.

We had a great stay at Seaside Cottage. Dan was excellent with communication. We’ve stayed on St George many times, but this was one of our favorite houses. Definitely a great spot for a family get away. The kids loved the pool and the bunk room!

We loved the privacy of the location and the serenity of the beach as we hardly saw anyone. The property was well appointed with excellent amenities. The bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms weere very clean. We had a great overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home “Seaside Cottage” near the beach on the Plantation. The décor is charming and welcoming, and the layout is perfect for gathering as a group while also offering plenty of cozy porches and quiet spots to escape with a book. There was great space to play games and spend time together, which made it ideal for our stay.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house—ample laundry supplies, trash bags, and other essentials that made everything easy and comfortable. The bedding was comfortable and high quality, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home.Communication with the owner was excellent—friendly, responsive, and seamless from start to finish. This is a beautifully cared-for home, and we would absolutely stay here again.
