Located in Edisto Beach, this lovely house for $405 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. ‘Big Lazy Daze’ Updates are complete! New photos are posted. The perfect escape to Edisto Beach! This modern feeling beach house is in a great location for families with children. Rent bikes or a 12 minute walk to the ocean or sound. Several restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. The bay at Edisto Beach is preferred by most families for its calm waters. Rent bikes or walk the bike bath and experience the slow island pace of Edisto, either way! This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhome features high ceilings on both floors, with breath taking views of the lagoons. Two separate private decks, one on the main floor, and one off of one of two master bedrooms, make it the perfect spot to enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning. Three bedrooms are located on the second level floor, and sleeper sofa is on the main floor. TWO master bedrooms both include a king size bed, full bathroom, and a television. Third bedroom perfect for a kids’ room with a twin over full size bunkbed, and a trundle. The third bedroom does not have private access to a bathroom or closet. There is actually enough bed space for 10, but the seating area would be tight at that number unless several in the party are children. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare your own low country boil, while staying in the low country! There are two full baths upstairs and a half bathroom on the main floor. The main level has a pull out sleeper sofa to accommodate two extra sleeping arrangements for your friends or family. Linens are included in the cleaning fee, please bring your own Beach Towels! This property has a strict no pet policy. There is a $350 fee for having a pet and your party will be evicted from property. Additional charges for damages from having a pet beyond the $350 may occur. Must be 25 years old to rent this property. Amenities pass included to access (3) community pools, tennis court, fitness center, mini golf, playground and Beach Cabana! These areas are accessed by a key FOB, which will be provided. There is a $300 replacement cost for FOBs that are lost or not left in the unit upon check out. Golf Cart available for an additional fee. Contact me for additional information.

We had a great stay at John’s place! The listing could not have been more accurately described. The check in/out process was as easy as it could have been and communication with the owner always had quick responses. We all slept so soundly. The beds were very comfortable and it was so quiet we all slept much later than usual! While we didn’t have a chance to use the amenities pass I appreciated the option of having a pool. The weather was just too perfect not to be on the beach! We chose to rent the available golf cart and made great use of it! Your rental property can make or break a vacation and this one made it easy for us to have the best time!

We had an AMAZING stay!! Our whole family of 7 fit comfortably! There was plenty of space and fun to be had! We love to cook and had everything we needed! Communication and check in with the owner could not have been easier! The golf cart and amenities passed were the icing on the cake! Our boys had fun fishing in the pond behind the house! Condo was clean and very easily accessible! We will share our phenomenal experience with our family and friends! Thank you John for a wonderful stay!!

Edisto is beautiful regardless, but having a backyard overlooking the marsh, Spanish moss, and egrets made it perfect. The townhome was clean, nicely appointed, comfy, and the perfect size for myself and my two daughters. So glad we rented the golf cart as it made navigating the resort and the island more fun. The deer will walk right up to you. :)

We had a wonderful visit here! The location was the perfect solution to the adults who wanted a beach and the kids who wanted a pool. The pool/kid area is phenomenal with a green turf under a spectacular playground, mini putt-putt, and awesome pool and outdoor game area that entertained my boys (5 & 7) for days on end. We especially loved that half of the pool was under 4’ so the not-so-great swimmer didn’t need constant holding in the pool. The condo was the perfect setup and allowed for lots of space for me, my two boys, and my parents. John was responsive to our questions and the house was lovely. The only request was to stock the kitchen with a bit more useful items for those who do a longer stay. We made all of our meals at the condo so we noticed a few things that would have been beneficial. But not a deal breaker by any means and we really had a fantastic stay!

This was a great property and the owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Very close to the Wyndham pool, playground, and mini golf plus an easy drive to the beach. I liked that we could enjoy the beauty of the marsh and trees while easily being able to get to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was very clean and comfy which is huge for me. Stocked with everything we needed. John was amazing at communicating with us and answering all of our questions. We loved the easy access to the beach and amenities at Ocean Ridge. Absolutely loved this place..beautiful, small town gem close to home for a quick, quiet wknd getaway. Townhouse is in gated community. Loved being able to ride everywhere on the golf cart. Townhouse is super spacious. The 2 masters are suitable for couples..the extra room would be suitable for kids. Street view master has super comfortable bed but could use a ceiling/portable fan as it gets warm upstairs...Waterview room has ceiling fan but bed was a bit hard/firm. Loved that the stairs has carpet as it helps sand transfer from downstairs. Neighbors were nice...Loved the small town, mom & pops feel..not commercialized at all...Great restaurants and beach access at the end of street. We will definitely stay again.

John response quickly to my questions even before we rented! The lagoon view was amazing and the condo was very well appointed! The townhouse was spacious and We were very comfortable with 5 adults and 2 toddlers. The neighborhood was very quiet and we walked to restaurants and used the indoor pool. Everyone agreed we should rent this place again!
