Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge offers a modern sophisticated design in a breathtaking mountain setting. Upscale travelers seeking an exceptional experience will revel in the 8 bedrooms, open floor plan living room with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain. This ultimate mountain home conveys a real sense of privacy and serenity, yet it sits just minutes from the town of Breckenridge. Expert skiers will appreciate a short 5-minute walk to the slopes with ski-out access to the expert terrain from Beaver Run 6-chair and the Quicksilver chair for experienced skiers on non-groomed trails. Ski-in access to Grand Vista Lodge is on expert trails only. This spacious 5,000-square foot home is primed for entertaining with a gourmet chef’s kitchen featuring high-end amenities, modern sleek design, and bar seating. The great room offers spectacular views from floor to ceiling windows with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, large TV, and a game table. Outside the great room is a large deck with seating, a grilling area, and a secluded hot tub for stargazing and relaxation at its finest. Enjoy views of the mountains and downtown from the private hot tub. An elegant dining area seats up to 10 guests. The large primary king suite located on the main level is a private oasis, with a king bed, sitting area, rock fireplace, TV, views, and ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, custom tile work, and double vanities. The upper level hosts a second king suite with an exquisite ensuite bath. This level also has a second bedroom with a twin bed plus a trundle bed and hall bath. The fun begins on the lower level with its large family room with TV, fireplace, shuffleboard, arcade table, and wet bar with seating, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Five more magnificent bedrooms await with three queen rooms, a bunk bedroom with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks, and a single twin bedroom. Other amenities include two washers and dryers, a 1-bay garage, parking for 5 cars, electric vehicle charging station, Peloton exercise bicycle, mudroom, ski storage, high-speed wireless internet. Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes. SHUTTLE This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis. GUEST SERVICES Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services. IN HOME AMENITIES All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances. This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? Our large family was able to stay together at this house! It is in a beautiful location! There was space for everyone to sleep comfortably. We especially enjoyed the kitchen that was nicely stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. The two dishwashers and garbage stations was very nice! It was a lovely place to gather and visit. Thank you!

Communication was A+. Main reason of my review is how little things were though out by Paragon Lodging. From extra fans, extension cords, batteries (in case needed), extra towels for hot tub, cabinets full of kitchen stuff including spices, multiple type of coffee makers, all of maintenance stuff like plungers etc.... I think the most impressive part for me was how small little details were noted and made sure we didnt have to go out to get them.
Now about the Home itself. It is Beautiful. Really nice Patio. Wide open Windows. Enough seating and sleeping arrangements.

Things in the house will keep kids busy but there is no yard space and there are LOTS of stairs so be aware of that. Love the location, it’s so close to everything and the communication with Paragon was excellent. The only negative we had was parking in downtown Breckenridge, it seems there could be more however, there is a free shuttle. Also if cleanliness is your thing, rent this home! We had so much fun but the elevation was a killer for us sea level dwellers!

Great house. Perfect for bigger groups.
We used it for a long weekend golf trip and it was perfect. Everything was well stocked. Bedrooms were plentiful and the shuffleboard table works well. Plenty of extra powder to keep it rolling. Thanks again and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The Grand Vista Lodge was the perfect house for a ski vacation at Breck. It was cozy yet beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room for all 16 of us. The owners thought of everything - 2 dishwashers and 2 sets of washers/dryers were a huge convenience for the amount of people staying at the house. I highly recommend renting this house - you will not be disappointed! The staff at paragon lodging were absolutely wonderful as well!

This property was better than I expected! Great location close to the town and close to the shuttle to go to the slopes. They have everything you need including appliances, enough towels, big and spaciuos rooms, kitchen equipement to be able to cook at the house, etc!! I will be staying here again in the future without hesitating!

This property was wonderful in every way. It was hard to say goodbye! We could tell the home is very well attended to. It was very clean and simply decorated which is what a rental home should be. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to add a humidifier in each bedroom. We all did get a few static shocks. Also..the kitchen was so well stocked and we didn't lack for anything for our Thanksgiving dinner! I would only suggest a new coffee maker because it starts to brew immediately after pouring the water in (before you turn it on). Part of the top seems to be broken as well. Otherwise, it was fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning home! The house was immaculate and luxuriously appointed. The kitchen had everything! The view was stunning, and there was space for everyone, with a layout that allowed for privacy. We all fell in love with this house, and said we would love to have it for our own- it felt like home. The location was five minutes from the slopes and downtown, very convenient. We loved how the garage and mud-room were perfectly designed for storing all of our boots and equipment, with great places to take off our shoes! The fireplaces and radiant heat floors made this a super cozy house. Only drawbacks- need higher quality paper products and would be great to offer maid service!

We had grandparents, their children and grandchildren (teens) together for five days at the Grand Vista Lodge. The property met our needs very well---7 teens and 8 adults. Paragon was responsive to any issues (minor) we had and it was a wonderful property for 15 persons. We loved the kitchen and the beautiful views!

Modern style home. Best suited for 14-16 people max although seating in living room and dining limited to 10. Insufficient hot water - only two showers / baths before you run out (even though there are six bathrooms). Shuttle service requires lots of notice (>12 hours) during peak times. A single refrigerator is limiting for large groups.
