This is a great house with all amenities you would expect. The location in an unassuming small cul de sac is perfect. The open layout is awesome with lots of space for entertaining.There are 4 double bunk beds that are big, almost queen size, an army of up to 16 kids could sleep there. Plus there are a queen size bedroom and a gigantic king suite with 2 envy inducing walk in closets. Another bathroom would be great for the guests in bunk rooms.There are several levels of balconies and decks with seating too. The pool is awesome and there are plenty of lawn chairs and regular chairs. Some of them show signs of breakdown and will need to be replaced soon. The kitchen is nice and bright. I would prefer less plastic dishes and better cookware but I understand that they might be „ going home“ with guests. There are good appliances and there is plenty of cabinet space. The bedding and towels are great and there are plenty available. There are a few minor issues, the entry with the keypad needs a light, preferably a motion detector one for night time entry. The upstairs bunkbed room needs more lamps, there is only one overhead light. The closet there needs a light inside too. We experienced 2 smoke detector battery outages in the middle of the night.The water pressure on left sink in the king bath needs checking, so does the toilet seat.

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy.We never got the pool warm so we didn’t get to use it.I know this is beyond your control but there is a massive mudhole covering the road into the house. It was there for our entire stay. It is knee deep and with construction going on, I was afraid to wade thru it. Maybe this will clear up when the neighbors complete their construction.We walked to the beach one day by getting into a neighbor’s yard. You don’t have private beach access but it’s super easy as there is a path right across the road (maybe 1/2 mile) from the house.Driving to the beach requires you pay for parking. The state park nearby that we visited one day charged 35 for entry & parking.You could drive a little further & get street parking.I would give it a 5 if we could have warmed the pool & if not for the mud puddle. Hopefully that will be resolved soon. The house is very pretty.

This is a beautiful house in a great location.We easily shared the house with another family (cousins loved sharing the bunk rooms!)There are so many areas in the house to hang out together. The master bedroom and closets have a wow factor! The kitchen is well equipped. Lots of beach towels and chairs are provided. We would definitely consider booking the house again!

The communication was excellent all along the trip: checking in was easy and all needs were met during the stay. The house is big, allowing for privacy in each room. Kitchen and living room are neat and modern. Overall would stay again.
