This is a very nice place, I would recommend rating this as 4 adults and 4 kids or something other than sleeps 8. It does not sleep 6 adults very comfortably. I would recommend replacing the cheap beds in the second bedrooms with two queen beds. This is a very nice place in a nice location. The service was outstanding -- very responsive to our questions (within minutes regarding wireless access...). The master suite was very nice. For 6 adults, we would much prefer three nice beds - the master King and two queens vs. the current 2nd bedroom set-up. Very nice hot tub set-up at the complex also. We forgot Olive Oil, so it was great to see a few small items available for our use.

We had a great gals weekend at this rental. The company we worked with were so thoughtful, and engaged in the entire process. It was clean, tidy, and BEAUTIFUL!! In walking distance to town, lifts, etc. We loved it. Only small minor thing was there was no cleaning spray, and had to get an extra blanket!

We loved the unit location with close proximity to town alongside the river. Unit was equipped with everything one would need to cook & enjoy meals. Plenty of towels and extra little treats - comfy beds provided good night's rest in quiet location.

This was such a beautiful, spacious place with a lovely view and soothing sounds from the river. It's very easy to walk into the town along the river path, and driving is easy too.
We loved the whole town and rented electric bikes from Annie at "Ridden." We walked there and had a quick lesson and took off toward Frisco on a nice bike path. We are not strong bike riders, but it only takes about 5-10 minutes once on the path to get comfortable with the bikes.
We also played tennis at the local Rec Club a couple miles away. They have daily morning clinics with racquets to borrow. It was very fun and the pros were welcoming.
We had a great time overall and loved relaxing in the condo in the late afternoon and evenings. It's a really special place, and we appreciated the "check in texts" after we arrived to confirm satisfaction. We were very satisfied!!! Thank you!

The condo worked out well for our family of 5. We loved the location and enjoyed listening to the river through the windows. We were even able to see a bear outside of one of the windows. Great spot and we would definitely book here again.

Pros: The place was as pictured and the location was wonderful. An easy walk to main street and to many amenities. It was nice to have three bathrooms and separate bedrooms with the loft option, which the kids used as a play space even though they hit their heads on the low beams a couple of times. It was their "secret hideaway" / reading room for the week. The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with all the basics that we needed for the week and the kitchen had about everything you could need. Cons: The only downside to the beautiful windows let a LOT of light in. In the summer, it was super bright at 5am which meant that we were all up at that time (including a 5 & 7 year old). The bigger windows in the bedrooms had blinds but the smaller ones closer to the ceiling had none. We didn't use the loft because of that. I imagine in the winter this is not a problem. My recommendation for longer summer day visitors is to take an eye mask if you want to have any hope of the light not waking you. The bunk bed was very creaky so you can hear every turn / movement but it didn't seem to bother the kids that much. Finally, I'm sensitive to dust and the artificial plants and blinds were very dusty (likely a housekeeping oversight).Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was cozy and cute and location was great. It was a short walk to/from the quicksilver lift and a short drive into town where we could always find parking and plenty to do in terms of shopping and eating. I loved the view of the trees and creek outside. Another plus was the indoor entryway to leave boots and skis in a locked closet. We even saw 2 moose roaming around the neighborhood! Loved it.

Fabulous condo that is well appointed. Lots of steps to get up to 3rd floor but well worth the effort. Close to slopes yet you feel like your are away from it all. Would highly recommend for families or group of friends.

Ski trip with family. Easy check in. Short walk through pretty wooded path to the slopes. Short walk to hot tubs and pool. Heated pool wasn’t warm due to boiler issue, but can’t fault owners for that. Easy to contact property management with any issues.

Absolutely beautiful place. Good location, close to downtown. We rented a car so can't comment on bus route. The place was very comfortable. I wish the hot tub was closer. Also the hot tube is for the entire condominium area so it was quite packed all the time. Fireplace wasn't working initially but someone came out and fixed it which was great. Overall a great stay. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Love this condo to stay for snowboarding. Close enough to the lifts to easily walk to the slopes. The condo is comfortable and has beautiful views to birds in the trees and snow falling. We even saw a red fox twice going to the hot tubs. We used the grills on the deck below and made a great meal in the kitchen. Kitchen is stocked with everything to cook with and had a cabinet with oils, spices and coffee filters. I would definitely come back to this place. Thank you for the easy check in/out.

The listing was represented perfectly, however it still managed to exceed expectations. The view and location was perfect, it felt remote but was still a just a very short walk to main street and the quicksilver super chair. The patio and large windows faced the tree covered mountains and was right over the Blue River. The property was perfectly clean and had all of the kitchen utensils we needed. Flawless check-in and check-out and perfect communication with the host. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

We had an amazing day from start to finish. Condo location is wonderful and the view of the stars and river at night is amazing. Quick access to down town area and quick drive up to PK which is where we spent most of our time if not down at the condo or shopping on Main Street. Will definitely be booking this one again.
