Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide plenty of space for two couples or a small family. Use the full kitchen to prepare exquisite meals and dine together at the dining table inside or out on the furnished balconies. This sun-filled corner condo has two balconies with spectacular views. Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Our overall stay was a joke. The management person emailed me two days prior to our arrival stating that the Condo we rented for 5 days was unavailable which sent me in a panic. They had known there was construction a while before even contacting me as per the many emails there were sent, that said nothing about construction, nothing! The entire place was terrible. The furniture was old and ripped as were the bar stools and the decor was so outdated. The entry way smelled like cat urine, the garbage can was filthy, the balcony door did not lock, the livingroom didn't have the balcony open and the King bedroom had the windows boarded up. When I finally got to see this place I rented and after speaking with a representative who had told me about the construction and played it down, I was gobsmacked to actually see what I had paid for, I was in shock. This was not what she described when she informed me of it being unavailable due to construction and downplayed it considerably. I will never recommend Sandcastles.

We loved everything about our stay! The property was clean, comfortable and very spacious for our family of 6. Plenty of towels and soft linens. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need to cook meals to enjoy on one the two outdoor decks. There is a closet full of beach necessities including chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, towels and even a beach wagon to pull it all to the beach! We are already planning our next trip and hope to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Homeowners make the stay quite comfortable by providing beach chairs and boogie boards (there were even board games and books!). Our girls loved the opportunity to ride the waves! Plenty of towels for shower and beach. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking.

Le condo était magnifique et très commode. Tout était parfait. Les seuls points négatifs est que nous avions une seule clé pour la plage à 4 personnes et qu'il y avait la construction dans notre bloc et que l'air climatisé arrêtait la nuit mais ce n'est rien avec les points positifs. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'espace de rangement, le café, le grand frigo, les balcons, les salles de bains privés, laveuses=sécheuses, le terrain de Pickleball(La clé est à l'office avec dépot de 20$), la piscine, la proximité de la plage avec les chaises et bien d'autres choses...

Chose this condo for our beach wedding vacation! Had the best time! Condo is super close to everything, but was quiet at night and the beach wasn’t overly crowded either. Condo was exactly what we expected. Plenty of toys, towels, chairs and boogie boards for the beach. Games books and more!! Beds were VERY comfy too!

The location was great. Property management was easy to get ahold of. But seemed a little put out when I asked about the WiFi update. Condo was clean, roomy and amazing amount of stuff to use. Beach chairs, folding chairs. Fully equipped kitchen. Gamesect. Will be back again.

The condo was beautiful and in a really nice spot. The balconies had great views. The check in was so easy. The only issue was that there was only 1 elevator for the section this condo is in, and sometimes the wait to use it was a tad longer than I expected, but it honestly wasn’t that bad. The communication with the property manager was outstanding. When I had any issues, they were super quick to respond. I recommend staying here!

So nice That the owners shared their beach gear: umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, and cart! The beds were comfy too which sadly and amazingly is not always a given at these rentals. Better view of the beach from the balcony then shown on the photos too!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach front condo. We watched a space launch from one of the two balconies, walked the beach, swam in the heated pool, and lounged in the hot tub. The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
