Updated bathrooms with porcelain tile, frame-less shower doors, and much more. 3 flat screen TVs. 50' in the family room and 40' in each bedroom. Master bedroom (15 x 14) has a King Size Bed with Sealy Plush Euro Pillow Top mattress and a huge walk in closet. The other bedroom (13 x 12) has Two Full (Double) Size Beds equipped with foam memory mattresses. Separate dining area (13 x 10) and spacious living room (16 x 15). The laundry room is in the unit. WI-FI and cable TV provided. Sandcastles, one of the most sought after vacation condominiums in Cocoa Beach, has private beach access, pool, hot tub, recreation room, sauna and private lighted tennis court. There were a couple of issues with the unit and the owner was very quick with getting back to me and getting the issues resolved. Regarding the cleanliness of the property, the floors could use a good scrubbing. Otherwise the rest of the unit was clean. Pictures and descriptions were accurate.

This condo is well stocked with most everything you need! Great location and close to restaurants, shopping, and things to do! It was clean and in good repair. Owner is super responsive to questions. 10/10 would stay here again!!!

My husband and eight year old son stayed at this property for one week over spring break. It was such an upgrade from when we previously stayed in a hotel. It's located in a convenient location. The unit was so clean and felt like home away from home. The washer and dryer were incredibly convenient and were so helpful to have. The beach gear was great to have access to use. The pool and jacuzzi were utilized daily and well maintained. We met so many other visiting families while there and it was truly a relaxing vacation. My only suggestion would be to maybe have some type of wagon or buggy to transport the beach chairs and gear. It was a lot of stuff to lug back and forth. Otherwise everything we needed was already there. Highly recommend staying at this property.

My husband and I stayed here and it was AMAZING! It's a perfect location to everything and anything Cocoa Beach has to offer. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed... even chairs and a cooler to take to the beach!! The pool and hot tub were perfect too! If you're looking for a great place to stay for your next vacation THIS IS IT!!!!

My family had a blast on vacation this year, in part to this wonderful property. The place was HUGE. And even though we were 5 people strong, we never felt cramped up or boxed in. Almost everything was needed was already in the residence so we were able to travel super light and relax like kings and queens. The property owner was wonderful and attentive and even the housekeeper that arrived as we were leaving was super cool. I hope we get to revisit soon.

This property was perfect for my family (2 adults and 3 children)! We had more than enough space and everything we needed. We also enjoyed having all the beach toys, boogie boards, etc. to use during our stay.

This property was ideal for us! The location to the beach, restaurants, stores and Viera (baseball fields) was perfect. The condo was clean, well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. Simeon was easy to deal with and responded quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope that we get to travel this way again soon!

Our stay for the second year in a row was once again absolutely amazing!! We more than enjoyed our stay at Simeons’s condo, if we needed anything he got back with us almost immediately, the attentiveness he showed toward us was second to none!! Will definitely be returning for year number 3!

Came down for a weeklong stay for my sons baseball tournament. Unit was just as described, very clean & tastefully decorated. We had several families staying in mutiple units & it was agreed that 516 was the nicest. Would definitely book again if I’m ever in Cocoa Beach!!
