About this condo rental

Located in Seacrest Beach, this lovely condo for $175 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our smoke-free and pet free condo has had a refreshing and relaxing ocean coral reef theme. The decor includes new tile-floors, cabinets and granite counter-tops throughout, and new fixtures. The 4th floor offers a s side ocean view from the living room balcony. Since the unit has both south and west facing balconies there is plenty of sun throughout the day, but you still have the opportunity to see beautiful sunsets every night. Yes we have a elevator at the Sandcastles and the Sandcastles has outside surveillance cameras. The pool & hot tub is open from 9:30am to 10pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. There are 2 full baths, an updated kitchen, dining area, Cable TV in all rooms, and free WiFi so that you are able to keep in touch, upload family photos, and look up last minute day trip ideas. No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need for your vacation with us! We are here to help just ask. If you are not booking from Sat. to Sat. please click on the contact owner button to see if I can work your dates in before you click on the request to book button. If you have to cancel your reservation we will give you a refund on your rental fee and cleaning fee if we can re-rent the condo for the same rates and dates, minus a $100.00 administration fee. Please email if you need more info. 3 night rentals is for off season or to feel in long term rentals, If you have to cancel your reservation we will give you a refund on your rental if we can re-rent the condo for the same rates and dates, minus a $100.00 administration fee. Please note: a condo rental lease has to be signed and returned to me before your dates get locked in on my side.

The property was perfect for our getaway. The condo had everything we needed and was very roomy. Communication with management was easy and prompt. Access to the beach was simple and the pool area was excellent. We are already looking into our next getaway here. Highly recommend this spot when looking at Cocoa Beach.

Very happy with this condo .Very clean . Plenty of towels and fresh sheets. All appliances worked perfectly. Owner has terrific communication. Sandcastles is very well maintained. Door was nice convenient keypad entry. Beach supply closet was nice. You will be very satisfied if you stay here.

This was our first time to Cocoa Beach and we were pleased with the condo, the pool and access to the lovely beach. As stated in our rental agreement, it was noisy during the day due to construction at the next door building., but we were usually out playing during that time. The property manager kept in touch with us and seemed genuinely concerned that we were happy with our stay.

We had a great stay here. The kids loved the proximity to the beach, and the beach accessories that were available (boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, shovels, etc.) in the suite. This was our third place to stay on our vacation with a full kitchen, and it was the best by far! We were surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was (pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc.). It made making meals for the family easy. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at the beach. The property far exceeded our expectations. We didn’t have ocean front but that didn’t matter because we could walk there in two min. The pictures don’t do the condo justice… even all the beds were comfortable. Five star!

My wife, son, and I traveled to Cocoa Beach for vacation. Keith’s place was perfect for us. We enjoyed the master suite, and our son enjoyed having his own bathroom and bedroom. There were two nice balconies, one of which has a side view of the beach. The facility has a nice pool and hot tub and is just a few steps to the beach. Keith was very cordial and responsive during the booking process.

Great location on Cocoa Beach. Having a full second bedroom and bathroom were very helpful and having the extra space felt more like a home. Love the private access to the beach, condo had more amenities available than what was even listed which was a great surprise. Word book again without hesitation! Keith was a great host as well as we had a couple minor things when we arrived but we’re quickly taken care of.

This place had everything you would need for a stay. I was impressed with the amount of kitchen supplies, beach items and beach towels. It was clean. The keypad to get on elevator, key pad to get in the unit and key for the beach access made us feel secure.
