Nestled in Seacrest Beach, this attractive condo for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Cocoa Beach Oceanfront complex- 5th floor unit has an ocean view and was recently remodeled and redecorated. The complex is within an hour of Orlando and Disney World. The NASA Space Center is less than 30 minutes away, and the Cruise lines are just 15 minutes up A1A. The 'World Famous' 'Ron Jons' and the Pier are within minutes. Our unit has been recently updated, and are fully furnished with everything you need to have fun in the sun. We have a full kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and provide you with all forms of electronic entertainment. The Oceanfront Complex has the following: Direct access to the beach. Large heated pool with neighboring hot tub. Recreation room with kitchen and library. Tennis Court. Plenty of parking. Please Contact Doug for more photos and Information. Amenities: Freshly decorated master bedroom with walk-in closet.. king bed. Newly painted 2nd bedroom with a queen and twin beds. 2 fully stocked bathrooms... tub with shower hand faucets. All linens and towels provided, Brand New Central Air Conditioner. Radio, CD, cassette, VCR, DVD, systems. 3 TVs hooked to cable, 1 streaming TV. Washer and dryer, plus iron and board. Patio furniture plus portable hammock. Front closet full of beach toys and chairs. Entertainment center with books, games and puzzles. Binoculars for rocket launches. Kitchen includes all major appliances plus... Coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster etc, Complex has wireless network, modems in the unit. If you think of it, we probably have it. Activities: Any and all water sports are available. Golf and miniature golf are available. Tourist sites: Disney, MGM, Sea World, NASA Space Center Cruise lines: Disney & Others plus Gambling Cruises

We really enjoyed the condo. You can see two launch pads from the balcony, we didn’t watch any launches from the balcony but you would definitely be able to see a launch. My kids loved the beach and the heated pool. Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I came over Christmas break. The unit is very clean and spacious. Everything you need is in the unit! Love that we were on the beach. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Heated pool and hot tub were used a lot since the weather wasn’t the greatest. Great building!

The property was in a great location. Really enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony!. Everything you needed was included. Building maintained nicely. Unit very clean. Owner was quick to reply with the couple questions we had prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

This places has everything you could possibly need if you are flying. I was impressed, they thought of everything!!! We ended up adding to the collection and left a few pair of goggles to go with the beach chairs and umbrellas and booth boards. Very spacious and nicely decorated.

My stay at Doug’s condo was amazing! He had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. The condo was decorated with a beach theme, which I loved, it was clean and spacious! The extras were perfect! (Beach umbrellas, towels and more) the condo was centrally located so that was a plus too!!

The condo was very clean and decorated so cute! We loved the two balconies and the ocean views. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was fully stocked with everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay and enjoy beautiful Cocoa Beach a few days before our cruise. The host was great, as was his housekeeper. The unit was clean and the decorations were so cute. Enjoyed having some extras like a cooler to take to the beach and laundry detergent supplied in the laundry room. Many nice extras for people who were flying and traveling light. The only thing I would suggest is investing in some new beach chairs, as those have gotten a bit beaten down. I would 100% come here again. Thank you for everything!

We had a few days we wanted to spend by the beach after a volleyball tournament in Orlando. This was the perfect getaway. Decor was beach themed and clean with anything you needed for the comforts of home and just steps away from the ocean! It was an easy drive from the airport and made for a great vacation- thank you!

The condo we stayed out was extremely clean and well-maintained. It was fully stocked with everything expected and a lot of extras. The views were excellent we saw ocean/sunrises/sunsets/rocket launches/cruise ships. The beds and all the furniture were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place especially for families as it is very spacious and has a very home away from home vibe.

The condo was a great place in Cocoa Beach it had everything you would need to stay here. The place was very clean and well put together. I had no issues getting in contact with Doug when needed. The location of the condo was in such a great location. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

This place has everything we needed! Kitchen was well stocked, everything necessary for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, etc). The binoculars were a great plus! We would definitely return!

What an amazing property! Clean, beautifully decorated, and very organized. Everything was where we expected to find it, plus so much more. Every detail was thought of for people heading to the beach for a get away. The owner did a great job communicating, never was there a delay in a response. I would hightly recommend this property!

My husband and I spent Christmas here and it was wonderful. The condo was huge and decorated beautifully. The property was quiet and centrally located to restaurants and stores. Doug was excellent about keeping us informed and answering any questions we had. We had a fabulous holiday!

Comfortable and everything we needed for our visit to Kennedy Space Center just a short drive away! Very responsive host and on-site staff. Repair work was happening on other floors during the weekdays but didn't affect our stay at all. Great beach access. Great pool.

This place had everything you need to enjoy a few days before cruising out of Port Canaveral. We even got to enjoy a SpaceX launch from the balcony. Will definitely stay again on our next cruise!

We decided to spend a few days in cocoa beach before heading to Disney, and wow. What a condo, I travel a lot and this place had everything and was everything. I’ve never felt so relaxed staying away from home, also the side balcony is a private front row seat. Thank you Doug, truly a five star stay.

This stay was perfect for our family. We have 3 late teenagers and my partner and myself. It was stocked with everything we needed to keep the entire family entertained. The beach was just a short walk from the room. The room was clean and decor was inviting. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this property! From the condo to the beach access and the pool! The property was clean and had everything our family of 5 needed to make our stay comfortable. We utilized the chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler and sand toys for our beach days. The beach towels were really nice too. The building and beach access were secured and we felt very safe. The pool was warm and not overcrowded, it was too hot in July to use the hot tub, but it was nice that it was available. We didnt have any issues with noise or obnoxious guests. We visited the Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, the Cocoa Beach Pier and even watched a Space X launch from one of the balconies. We would definitely try to stay at Doug and Mary's place again if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here at Sandcastles! It was clean, the check in process was very smooth. The condo was decorated beautifully. My family really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view. Also, the pool was a fan favorite with the kids! I would definitely recommend!
