In the peaceful town of Rock Falls-Tomahawk, lies a cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom log home retreat, perfect for your next Northwoods family vacation. Situated on the Grandfather Flowage, a 184 acre lake bordering the Wisconsin River, you can enjoy nature and waterfront views from the comfort of your own "tree house" porch. The property has 1.5 wooded acres with 150 feet of lake frontage.
Inside, you'll find 2 cozy family rooms, one on each level, perfect for gathering with family and friends as well as having separate spaces for enjoying different activities. Unwind by the fireplace or enjoy a movie night with the Smart TV and DVD player. The well provisioned kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including all new major appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, making meal prep a breeze.
For your convenience, all three bathrooms are supplied with beach, bath and hand towels, basic soaps, and hair dryers. Bedding is provided for all beds. Families will appreciate the games, puzzels, books, and outdoor play area, while remote workers can utilize the desk for a productive stay.
Step outside and relax on the extra large pier deck, go for a swim or take the kayaks out for a scenic paddle. Bring your pole and fish from the pier. We were very very happy with the property. There were 6 of us and it had enough room for all. We could have our privacy and still be together. We did not want for anything. It had everything you could think of and was beautifully decorated and inviting. Being on the Wisconsin River was a plus too. Everyone enjoyed swimming, kayaking and just floating in the water. Very quiet and relaxing setting too. The 3-season porch was a personal favorite of mine! One could sit out there, not worry about any bugs but have all the beauty of nature right there.Not a far drive to Tomahawk which was convenient, and Merrill was not that far either.Would definitely recommend and book again!

This is the best VRBO we have rented. Beautiful house and amenities. Top notch furniture and comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen with nice dishes. Everything you need for family fun. Catch bass, northern and walleye off the dock. Highly recommend. Pet friendly. Great host.

Our stay was great! The host was very clear and thorough with pre arrival information. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our group. We really enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit during our stay. We'll be back!
