The Marriott Summit Watch resort provides all-season fun with a heated indoor/outdoor pool, whirlpools, a fitness center, and daily family activities. Located downtown, just a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift, this property could not be more conveniently located! Also just steps away from Park City's free town shuttle, which services the whole Park City area. ** There is no cash available at this resort. Credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment. ** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave. ** Modernization of the Summit Watch elevators will occur from Apr. 1, 2024, through Dec. 31, 2024. The building elevators will be closed intermittently during this time. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours. ** Beginning Apr. 1, 2024, through May 31, 2024, our pool and whirlpool spa facilities will be closed for necessary repairs and resurfacing of the pool deck.

We absolutely loved our accommodations at Marriott Summit Watch. From the moment we arrived in the charming lobby with all its mining equipment decor and were greeted by the incredibly helpful Estella, we were hooked. Our suite was spectacular. It was super clean and provided more than enough room and privacy for the four of us. Walking over to the lift was a short distance. We were right next to the town lift from the moment we stepped onto the slope and into our skis! The overnight storage of our skis couldn’t have been more convenient. The employees in the storage facility were really friendly and helpful; Davey from New Jersey gave us a number of names and recommendations for restaurants.. We will be back for sure, because we fell in love with the place! Five stars!!! ⭐️

This unit served our family of five perfect for a ski trip. Couldn’t be closer to the town left and restaurants. Unit was just as described and shown. Underground parking lot was extremely convenient. Would definitely go back.

We booked the Marriott Summit Watch for a family ski trip based on a recommendation from extended family and we’re impressed with the spacious accommodations (2 Bedroom), the proximity to Town Lift as well as the Park City Main St area.

It is close by the town lift and the ski valet service is great! The condo was spacious and the bath tub with jets is great post skiing! It is also close to all kinds of restaurants.

Very nice. Great staff. Everyone helpful. Very good location. Quiet. Good beds. Accommodations just weren’t that clear. Sometimes they said 3 bedrooms and sometimes two. We only needed the two so it worked out. Well stocked with basics for cleaning, coffee, tea, etc.

We had a great stay at the Marriot Summit Watch. The location is unbeatable with the short walk to restaurants, ski shops, and the town lift. The room was great, clean, and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and small meals. We loved the pool and hot tubs after skiing all day. Would definitely stay again.

Great location to both Town Lift and the down town for shopping, dining and apre ski! ONLY suggestion would be- since the hot tub and pool are a bit of a walk - outside in the elements- to get to, it would be VERY nice if thick terry robes were avail in the condo to use. Other than that.... great snow, great skiing and great location!!!

The rooms were clean and the kitchen was a great help for breakfast. Only steps from the Town Lift, the hotel is perfectly situated. The main strip of Park City starts at the base of the hotel, and there are many art and photography galleries and nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommended:)

From the convenience to Salt Lake City Airport to the plethora of restaurants near Marriott’s Summit property located right on Main Ave, to the shuttle buses and ski lift (for advance skiers) that take you to the slopes, the location was perfect for a family who has mixed level skiers who enjoy both the day at mountains and more importantly convenience to the restaurants in the evening for dinner. The only set back was the access to hot tub and pool because you have to go fully clothed with jacket and all and change in the lockers. But that’s a small inconvenience compared to rest of the amenities and activities offered. I wish there were better guidance and/or info on which shuttle to take but easily learned once you’re there for a few days. Also there’s an app. Last nit I want to pick at was the night we checked in, granted it was late, the checkin attendant didnt check our reservation properly and didn’t give us keys to the adjacent room we booked (since we had reserved a 2 BR suite). But he was able to easily rectify. Though Hotel didn’t have room service it had amazing little convenience store from-staple breakfast items (milk and cereal) to quick frozen dinners when a day at the slopes were a little longer than planned, plus many healthy protein-based snacks and candy for energy. All in all I was skeptical of the Summit location bc I really wanted to be at Mountainside for convenience of ski in ski out, but the Summit property proved to be the better choice.

The timeshare/condo was a great selection. Convenient to everything on Main Street and directly across from the City lift. My only critique of the rental is that there were no cooking condiments in the unit (not even salt and pepper).

The two bedroom Villa worked quite well for our multigenerational family of seven for a four night stay. Restaurants, Town Lift, Main Street just a short walk. The staff at the Marriott were always friendly and helpful. The property manager could only be reached by email but someone did respond quickly to questions and all went smoothly.

We had a great stay at the Marriott Summit Watch. The units were clean, spacious, and very conveniently located right on Main Street and across the street from the Town Lift. The outdoor hot tubs and the indoor-outdoor heated pool was an added gift!. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be back and stay there again! It also helped that we had 2 deep powder days during the week and the skiing was incredible!

This was our second time to stay here. Great accommodations as I would expect from a Marriott managed property. Only quirk was the shoes hanging in the trees outside. I couldn't decide if it was silly or trashy.
