About this house rental
Our updated and beautifully decorated 3 story townhome is located in Bayside Resort Golf Club. Walk to the largest Bayside recreation complex with multiple pools, a splash zone, a playground, and courts for tennis, pickle ball and basketball. Drive 5.5 miles to beautiful Fenwick Island beach or stay within Bayside and enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, a private dog friendly private beach on the bay, nature trails, a dog park, fishing or an outdoor show at the Freeman stage.
Bayside resort has a shopping center located at its entrance which includes a Harris Teeter supermarket with a Starbucks, a CVS pharmacy, a McDonalds and a pizzeria and ice cream shop.
Our home offers plenty of space for multiple families with all the added extras to keep all ages occupied. The garage houses a ping pong table, beach gear including chairs and a cooler, and 6 bicycles to ride around the beautiful community of Bayside.
The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances with plenty of room for all guests to eat together. The dining table has room for 10, while the breakfast table and kitchen island seat 4.
The master bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The second bath has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The fourth bedroom boasts a queen bed and a chaise lounge with a newly renovated walk-in shower across the hall.
We provide all the linens and towels needed for your stay. (including beach towels)
One of our favorite spaces is our second story outdoor covered balcony which overlooks a large open access lawn area where families and dogs can play.

We had a lovely stay at this house! It was very clean and was a great layout. Communication was wonderful. It was a short walk to the outdoor pool and fit my family, brother’s family and parents nicely. Would definitely stay again!

Where shall I begin to describe how perfect this home was for our family vacation?The home was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, and the hosts provided all the extras like linens, beach towels, beach chairs, and bikes for us to use. The communication was excellent from our initial contact to our final one. My children, grandchildren, and grand puppy couldn’t have had a better time at this property. There was ample room in the kitchen/ dining area for the 10 of us to share our meals. My daughter-in-law, who is a chef, prepped a meal or two handily in the well equipped kitchen. The outdoor amenities were nearby for my teenage granddaughters to explore. It was our first visit to Bayside, but hopefully, not our last. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This is our third stay here. The host is amazing. Any questions are answered very quickly. The home has everything you need and the location is near everything. Bicycles, beach chairs, adorable decor, nice sized rooms, TVs in all rooms. One thing you should know, is that there are a lot of stairs. Older folks will definitely feel it. Highly recommend.
