Nestled in Lake Oconee, this attractive condo for $297 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Two bedroom, two bath, + loft with two bunk beds & trundles in the serene Cuscowilla private community on Lake Oconee. Beautiful views of the lake and within close proximity to Lake Oconee restaurants and conveniences. With the loft area, the condominium has an open concept feel with all views pointed to the lake. The loft area is perfect for kids and can sleep up to six with the bunk beds. It also has a Foosball table and a reading nook that overlooks the lake. It's a second floor end unit (with elevator access) with a private balcony. You can enjoy the gorgeous sunrise view from the master and living area. Bring your kayaks, canoes and rafts for floating. You can also bring your running or walking shoes to explore miles of beautiful private roads in the community. *Cuscowilla HOA does not allow use of the amenities, including the pool, common docks, golf course without a member present. However, there are plenty of things to do in the area. If you don't feel like floating in the lake or hanging out on the beach, visit downtown Greensboro for shopping and visit the local brewery for a beer and maybe catch a concert or watch a game on the big screen. Downtown Madison - "Georgia's authentic small town" - is a short drive away. Within the Lake Oconee area, there are several fun restaurants on and off the water or stop by Publix and cook at the condo. The Ritz Carlton has 3 great restaurants and a spa if you feel like being fancy but don't want to pay Ritz nightly rates:) Feel free to message us for any additional questions.

This was a great condo to use in addition to another one we stayed in for the weekend. The loft with bunks is great for kids, and the corner porch is perfect for relaxing. We hope to stay here again.

The condo was very beautiful with a great view of the lake. The refrigerator was not working the best during our stay but it was fine. I had really looked forward to playing golf at Cuscowilla but was disappointed to find out that the course was only allowing play for members only. Harbor Bay Golf Club did allow play however so luckily it worked out. Also, next time we stay somewhere that has pool access. I didn't read it carefully on this unit but there is no pool access. Other than those two things the unit was great and the view of the lake was beautiful.

This was my first time vacationing in the area. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. This home was very beautiful and spacious. It has amazing views of Lake Oconee. The community sits on a golf course and is very peaceful and quiet with common places to grill and/or picnic. The location is convenient to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, boating and fishing. The owners are very understanding and responsive!! I will definitely be visiting again!! Warm Regards, Anthony
