On-site, you and your guests will also enjoy access to two shared pools in the courtyard (visible from your balcony), a fitness room, and of course miles of sandy beach located just a short walk from your door. Additional amenities include a desk and chair for remote work or schooling, a private washer/dryer, and cooling central air-conditioning. Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 6. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We absolutely LOVED our condo, the view and the whole facility! Our 3 yr old had the time of his life! The condo was very clean, and the bed super comfy! We loved the pools and hot tub, and the beach was just beautiful! We will definitely be back!

We have been to Waterscape 5 to 6 times in the past and have always had great experiences. The condo was especially clean and updated. The unit is nicely decorated and avoids the unnecessary trinkets & decorations of some other units. An overall excellent trip & stay!

The condo was spotless. The view was great. The bed was very comfortable. Management brought me a new coffee maker within 10 minutes of being notified about the mismatched carafe. The complex was beautiful.

Wonderful condo! Super clean and very updated decor. Great location beautiful view! Perfect resort for a family! The only thing that I would complain about was the mattress and pillows!! Everything else was great!

I expected the little things to be handled with a 350 nightly rate. Bad shower head in master bath, the wrong coffee pot for the coffee maker (not even sure how that happens) and only 1 sofa. This unit could use some furniture for sure. Otherwise a very good experience.

Everything was as advertised. The couch and chair in living room are a bit small though. The master bedroom king size bed was very comfortable Location on the 6th floor and mid way was perfect for us . We will be coming back

From the location of this condo, the cleanliness, the very comfortable bed, the appliances, light fixtures, furniture, etc, everything was really nice. The balcony has a wonderful view of the beautifully maintained grounds and pools at Waterscape Resort. This condo is close to the beautiful beach, just a short walk through the beautiful landscape at this resort. It was just a great place to be! We will definitely return!!

This condo was meticulously cleaned, organized and comfortable. The view was beautiful, as you could see a good portion of the ocean from the balcony, as well as all of the pools. My daughter (3 years old) had an absolute blast at all of the pools, and you really can't beat the variety for kids of all ages. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
