NO MORE LUGGING BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS TO THE BEACH, IT IS CONVENIENTLY SET UP FOR YOU EVERY MORNING! We offer beach chairs in the condo for your use and BEACH SERVICE (March 1st - October 31st) during the high season which consists of an umbrella & 2 beach lounge chaise set up each day for your convenience. THIS CONDO IS SANITIZED AND DISINFECTED ACCORDING TO THE CDC RECOMMENDATIONS. FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS: All bathrooms, kitchen and hard surfaces are sanitized with a germicide cleanser. After sanitizing the entire condo, the unit is disinfected. After the sanitation process, an inspector inspects the unit for proper sanitation then a disinfectant is used on all hard surfaces, especially all high-touch areas. We also provide a disinfectant cleaner for your use while you enjoy your stay on the beach. Yes, you'll find everything in our beach-front condo that you have in your own home, in order to make your stay here as enjoyable as possible. The living room has a mirrored wall, with brand new living room furniture. Also, there is a new flat screen TV and a Wii Console with controllers to keep you entertained! You'll love the newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, a bathroom with a tub and a most convenient half-bath in the bedroom. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, a large closet, and two chests of drawers that are invaluable for long-term renters. Located directly on the beach with fantastic views of our beautiful white sand beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your own private balcony. Enjoy lounging by the pool when you're not at the beach. Our pool is always sparkling clean and usually not crowded. We stayed at this complex due to a pleasurable stay two years ago. As I thumbed thru the guest book, I found my text from two years ago. We stayed in same unit and didnt realize it! Still just as nice. Perfect for a getaway for two. Nothing negative about the stay at all.

This top floor unit has a spectacular view of the sugar white sandy beach and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The unit was very clean and nicely appointed. Decor was perfect for the beach environment. We have stayed in this specific unit previously and have never been disappointed. We highly recommend this unit, manager and small complex. You won't be disappointed.

Hubs and I came to just chill for a week, nothing planned. Condo is in a safe area with a beautiful beach front balcony. We spent evenings sitting outside listening to the waves. Property managers were quick to respond to anything we needed. Location is close to restaurants and a short drive to Destin. Perfect for a couple or small family.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for our anniversary. It was adorable with lots of attention to detail. Little things like a laundry basket and hooks on the doors were appreciated. The condo is spacious-larger than the pictures show. It was a low key condo with easy access to beach. There was a wonderfully stocked kitchen with lots of extras you don't usually find in a condo. Will definitely be staying again!

This is the second condo I have stayed in with Sarah. They are both fabulous! The views are incredible from the balcony. The king size bed was very comfortable. The furniture was comfortable as well. Love the extras she does in her condos. So nice to have the beach service as well.

This is a quiet property with excellent access to the beach. Convenient clean up when coming back from the beach with outdoor shower and facilities too. Proximity to good restaurants and the inevitable t-shirt shop also good. Very clean and nice bedding. Highly recommended.

This is our 2nd time at Island Sands complex. Can’t beat the views and ease of access to the beach. This unit was perfect. It is actually better than the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfy, and the unit super clean. We loved the new balcony, too. We will definitely be back.

We had a great weekend here! Everything was beautiful. The condo was fully stocked with anything you were to need. The balconies were still out for our trip, but Sarah was very transparent about that and let me know as soon as she knew! I will definitely be back!!

We had a great time staying here! Sarah was very easy to communicate with. Very clean! Had everything we needed for our stay. Close drive to restaurants etc! Right on the beach which we loved. Very cute decor. We also got to check in early :) very pleased with our stay. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Overall , loved the location right on the beach with beach service in season. Because it’s a smaller property, it lent itself to a very relaxing break from life’s stresses. There’s not much you can walk to but if you have a car, there’s grocers and restaurants a short drive away. There were a couple things the unit could improve on (slow wifi, shower hot water, and other minor issues) but overall I’d recommend this unit and I’d go back.

One of the major highlights of this property is the ocean view from the balcony with the most beautiful moonlight we have ever seen. The beach service with chairs and umbrella set up by the cabana boy on the beach was very convenient, but they are removed in the late afternoon so you need to bring chairs from unit or a blanket to enjoy the incredible sunset views on the beach. We did enjoy the close proximity to the beach since the complex is only 3 floors and the proximity to the restaurants, a short 5-10 minute drive for either take-out (Stewby's has large shrimp) or dining with a beach view. It's only a 15-minute drive to Destin, FL so we ventured out and ate gigantic burgers at McGuire's Irish Pub so make sure you're hungry enough to fit one! The condo actually looks older than the photos used in the listing so for that reason I think it's over priced. A little reinvestment in the unit is needed, just minor things like replacing the extra beach chairs in the unit that have rust and mold, replacing the seat cushions for the stools on the balcony that are flat and dirty, replacing the shower curtain liner which is dirty and too long so it sits in the tub and doesn't dry, adding hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. The balcony had a terrible leak from the roof so you have to sit close to the sliding door to avoid getting wet, which is terrible if you want to watch the sunset from the balcony. The couch was uncomfortable so I would recommend replacing it as well. If these updates are made, then I could give this unit a 5-star rating.

Just what we needed. We both are over 65. This trip was with no kids. The condo was 1 bedroom which was all we needed. Food was just down the street That,s for Breakfast lunch and dinner. We went to the wharf which is about 10 mins down the street. My wife wants to be a beach bunny, so that's were we spent most of our time. Beach was clean and water clear. Had 1 day of sea weed . then Thursday the surf was up. I might be old but I can still body surf. Wife didn't like the ruff water. so she got lots of sun. We were lucky the bad weather had not come yet. We had a good enough time we will be back. Quiet almost to the dead end so there was no traffic.

We stayed in this condo last week of July 2022. I assumed it would be a bit larger as it was advertised for 4-6 people. It was a tight fit for 2 adults and 2 kids. The condo was clean except or the black mildew between the tiles in the bathtub area. The bathtub fixtures were also rusted. The location of the stairs to the condo were convenient for entry to condo but to access the beach it would have been nice to have a set of stairs on that side as well as we had to walk all the way around to access the beach. Other than that we enjoyed our stay as it was within a short drive to eat at all the good spots!

I would recommend this property to anyone it was clean was a breeze to check in not crowded, third floor was perfect for the view got to see dolphins plus a see turtle swam up by the beach one morning. I didn’t know what to expect since we had never done this before but I highly recommend this property can’t wait to go back
