Nestled in Okaloosa Island, this charming condo for $265 per night is a great choice for your next break. Peak Summer, end of May to mid-August, is a 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday). The remainder of the year is a 3 night minimum (any day check-in) in which we offer discounts for 7 nights or more. Please enter your dates for an instant quote. 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella "beach service" included each day of your stay. (March through October) Island Sands Unit 107: Our condominium has all the conveniences of home to make for a comfortable and convenient stay. Parking is just outside the front door. We have a new wood-look luxury vinyl floor in the bedroom for a fresh 2024 update. Our condo is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit with an open concept living room and kitchen floor plan. The master bedroom has a king sized Serta memory foam mattress. The adjacent master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a seat. In the living room you will find 2 queen sofa sleepers. There are 2 flat screen TV's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, each equipped with HD basic cable, Blu-ray, DVD, and smart functions so you can log into your Netflix and Youtube, among other apps. We also provide wireless internet access. We have a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals for the family. We provide a blender for making your favorite frozen beverage! There is also a coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, and many culinary items for your cooking enjoyment! We also have a washer and dryer for your laundry needs during your stay. We have plenty of storage space in both the bedroom and living room so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. Feel free to unpack and unwind! The entire condo is decorated with a beach theme. You will know you are at the beach even when you are inside! Outside the back sliding glass double doors, you will find a grassy area great for the kids to play. Enjoy the 2 large captain chairs while you grill on the back patio. The wooden boardwalk leading directly to the beach is only steps away. At the surprisingly uncrowded beach, you will find 2 beach chairs and an umbrella reserved for you everyday! Out the front door you will find another grill and picnic area which is right next to the private pool. The pool has many lounge chairs and umbrella tables for you to enjoy! Condo had everything we needed and was very clean with great decor, comfortable bed and sofa. Only a very short walk to the beautiful beach. Ground floor made it easy to access from car and beach.

We had the best stay! This was our first trip as a family of 3 with our 18 month old. We loved the condo being on the ground floor and only a few steps to the beach since we have a toddler. Steven was a great host with quick, helpful communication when needed! Condo is in a great, quiet location and only a few miles from restaurants and stores. (we loved The Shack & Boshamps) We will 100% be booking again!

The condo is in a perfect location! 45 second walk to the beach, sliding back door heads straight to the bridge to the beach. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived, Steven communicated with me at all times, prior to the trip, answered all of my wife’s questions and reached out as soon as we arrived to check on us to make sure everything was as we wanted. 10/10 recommend staying here, I have already asked Steven when he is opening his books for next year so we can book our stay again!

This was a clean, comfortable, well taken care of condo! Everything you could possibly need was there…including coffee filters!😊 Being on the first floor was amazing! Straight out to the beach service! We loved staying there!!

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed in this unit. Steven and Kelly have been excellent host. We are always surprised in the updates when we come down to keep the condo up to date and to make it easier to keep clean. You can't ask for a better place to stay right on the beach.

Loved the chair service on the beach each day (2 chairs included with each room). Beach was great white sand and water was very warm. Kitchen had enough pots, pans, and utensils for cooking and eating. Bathroom had a hair dryer and nice fluffy towels. No beach towels were provided and the clothes dryer took 2 or 3 cycles to actually dry clothes but other than that, everything was great! Very convenient to the bridge over the dune to the beach. No ocean view but also no stairs or anything in your way of the beach.

Loved everything about this condo! It was perfect for my husband and I and our two children. So close to the beach and the pool was never busy! This was our first time using VRBO and everything with booking and payment was a breeze from start to finish. We loved the condo it was nicely decorated clean and had everything we needed and more. The shower in master bath was expecially nice. Loved the location on the ground floor and only steps to the beach with chairs already set up for you each day. Less crowded than most places with great restaurants near by. Dishwasher was loud but definitely didn't ruin our vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

Balcony above patio may have structural issues. Garbage disposal didn't work. Dish washer was very noisy.. BUT... overall GREAT PLACE I can live without a disposal and a noisy dishwasher but you may want to look at that balcony. Rain was dripping through the center of the support beam. Looks like it could have structural issues. It would be a bad day for everybody if it came down.

This place was perfect for us. The area was quite and the beach was right there for us to enjoy. Close enough to activities and restaurants so we did not feel we had to just stay there. Plenty of room, so we are already planning to have our children join us for our next stay so we can introduce the grandchildren to the beach.
