Convenient Surfside location in mid-island makes going anywhere a breeze with use of Volkswagen Tiguan 4-door station wagon for an extra charge. Miacomet Golf and Miacomet Beach just over a mile away. Stop & Shop mall with multiple stores and restaurants less than a mile away. Three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs with eat-in kitchen, dining table for 8 and living room area. Sleeps 6 or 8 if two couples share Queen beds.

This is a really nice house in a great location! We biked to the beach everyday and it was easy to bike to grocery store! Also biked or Ubered to town most days. Nice perk was property manager picked us up and brought us back to Ferry.

The property is in a great location and just lovely. Bob is just the best host .....always ensuring that our needs were met. Great access to the beaches, and town! He provided us with access to an adult tricycle to make trips to the stove a bit easier as well as accomodating our needs to transport bikes and lots and lots luggage to and from the harbor and the house since we didin't bring our vehicles to the island. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay! Bob is a fantastic host. Beautiful house and very comfortable. Great location - close to the beaches, bike path, wave stop, cute places to eat. We had a wonderful week!

Highly recommend if staying in Nantucket. Not only great location and newly renovated home, but 5 star accommodation from Bob the owner and his property manager Richard. Even left the car for us at the airport to make the whole stay very comfortable
