If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00 or more. Smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow. — If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in disarray. — Pet fee - We welcome dogs at our place. There is a pet fee of $150 and $50 per additional dog.
