NEW home located on a waterfront lot in a peaceful neighborhood. You will have your own private dock to fish, relax, or enjoy nature. This waterfront home is a smaller, yet cozy space ideal for lone travelers, couples, or friends. Bring your own boat and/or use the kayak provided. Fishing poles are provided. Enjoy the fire-pit to unwind. You will be tucked away from the hustle and bustle but able to easily find your way to many attractions such as beaches, historic cities, and state parks.

I loved sitting on the covered porch reading in the rain. A baby alligator in the water taking the neighbors fishing bait. Postcard worthy pictures of the water from the little dock. I would come back! A true getaway. Not a tourist spot.

Very unique cabin, obviously professionally finished. Layout is a little off but necessary. I travel to Georgia to hunt and fish and this place only existed in my dreams until this weekend. Had outlets outside for my Tragger and other outdoor gear. Outlets next to an outside sink for your fillet knives. Little dock to go fishing off of, we caught several catfish as that’s what we were fishing for, right off the front/back porch. Fire pit, fishing poles and just about ever else we forgot. I hate to give it such a good review as we will be booking for upcoming hunt seasons but the work somone put into this place deserves nothing less!

This little house is clean and efficient. Tiny, but cozy for a couples getaway. Love the lake. Caught about 10 fish. Relaxing and comfort cozy , 😊. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
