About this villa rental
Situated in Edgewater Gulf Beach, this attractive villa for $352 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Golf Course Pond View and 4-minute walk or tram ride to the Beach. 2-minute walk to conference center. The Blue Pearl PCB townhome is at the impeccable and incomparable Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. It is a completely remodeled and updated two bedroom-three bathroom townhome-style villa overlooking the 8th hole of the executive golf course and a gorgeous pond with water feature. We have partnered with a housekeeping team that is second to none in doing their job pampering guest after guest. You will always find our home clean, well-ordered, and fully ready for your visit. The Blue Pearl PCB sleeps up to 7 guests (6 all ages + 1 toddler). Inside is a gorgeous living area with oversized sectional sleeper sofa and two additional chairs. The three flatscreen smart TV's are large and perfect for taking in movies at night or sports on the weekend. The open concept kitchen offers all full-sized appliances, a beautiful farmhouse sink, and island that is perfect for prepping meals while socializing with friends and family. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, blender, a Keurig Duo coffee maker, and more are available to make meal and snack prep a breeze. Seating for 4 is offered with our dining table with 2 bar stools situated at the kitchen peninsula counter. Pack n Play and/or a Graco Made-2-Grow Highchair/booster for infants-40 lb child are available upon request "before" check-in. A pantry, a full-size washer and dryer, and an iron/ironing board are all included as well. In the master bedroom is a queen-sized bed and a toddler bed along with an en suite master bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with a private en suite bathroom. A third full bath is located on the main floor just off the living area and features granite counters and a tiled tub/shower combo. Note: the 7th bed available is for a toddler. Villa #310 offers two oversized balconies for you to enjoy including space for a family cornhole game (provided). The Blue Pearl PCB is located on the 2nd floor and is itself a two-story condo. There are no elevators, and you will be able to park right in front of our access stairs, no waiting on eternal beach elevators! This beauty is only a 4-minute walk to the beach or hop on the free Resort-wide tram. A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right across the street. We are one of the closest buildings to the pedestrian bridge to the beach, lagoon pool, and splash pad. --> Resort fee is included with your booking and includes one parking pass. I am very hard to please and this unit was fantastic. It is one of the most well-stocked units we have stayed in. This unit has everything you will need and more...including the cutest yoga mat you ever seen. The view and floorplan (in my opinion) are the best that Edgewater has to offer. The property manager went above and beyond for the duration of our stay. The unit was extremely clean...I am very picky in this area and was very satisfied. Excellent overall!!!! Highly recommend.

The check in was process was very easy. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. It was very organized and well labeled. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the beach, pools, restaurants, and tourist attractions. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property is located in a resort that has several activities nearby. The house was very clean and had everything that was needed. Grocery store is not far away. Perfect for our vacation! We plan on coming back.

We enjoyed the Blue Pearl so much! We were super impressed with the extra touches like "things you may have forgotten" supplies, aloe, plenty of toilet paper, etc...
Teri was great with communication and was always pleasant.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Blue Pearl. Teri had everything you can think of organized and labeled which made things so easy. The details were just so thoughtful. We loved the game selection and of course the closet full of outdoor activities and equipment. Thank you for making the Blue Pearl a true home away from home!

I am not sure how many years we have enjoyed the Blue Pearl, but I am certainly looking forward to the next time. Teri is one of the best hostess I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. She thinks of everything. She had games for my 5 year old nephew, a extra toothbrush when my son forgot his and beach towels for us to borrow. The list goes in and on. My boyfriend and sister were amazed at how nice and accommodating everything was. I would love to keep this gem to myself, but she genuinely deserves a great review. Don’t hesitate just book it.

This condo was absolutely perfect and Teri was an amazing host! Everything from kitchen and laundry basics to a first aid kit was provided so if you happen to forget anything Teri has you covered. This condo was not only beautiful, but spotless and super comfortable. It's obvious a lot of love was put into this space. The walk to the beach was quick and easy given the condo's close location to the resort bridge. The main pool area was great for the kids especially my 5 yr old due to the large walk out steps it had. The grill/bar was poolside making it super simple to snag a drink or snack while staying close to the family. We will definitely rent this condo again in the future!

We are a family of 5 and had a wonderful 1 wk stay at the Blue Pearl. It was immaculate comfortable and very well organized by Teri and her husband. They even had little amenities like games for the kids to play beach accessories and binders that outlined nearby restaurants and attractions. The tram is very accessible and even if it wasn't things were within reasonable walking distance. I can't say enough about the Villa. If you decide to rent it's a slam dunk for comfort and enjoyment. Don't miss out!

Having not seen my 2 boys age 15 - 17 for 3 years due to covid (they live near Huntsville and I m from the uk).I have to say this was the perfect place for us to spend our time together the condo was everything it advertised and more . Highly recommend and helped to make our bonding time so good. Will definitely re book if I visit Panama again …

Great place to stay
We walked in and was immediately impressed with cleanliness of the space but mainly all the little things that the owners have thought about for thier guest. If you forgot something at home, they probably have it there for you! Lots of board games to stay entertained on a rainy day. Feeding the turtles out back was a lot of fun, and a convenient short walk over the bridge to the beach. Will definitely be back to stay here again!

This is a very spacious condo. Everything looks new and clean. There are lots of extras. For example, a Keurig, regular coffee pot, crock pot, spices and lots of dishes. There are pool floats, nice beach chairs and it’s only a four minute walk to the beach.

Parking was super easy at the condo and by the pool/beach. The resort is in a great spot. Close to plenty of restaurants and attractions.

Excellent property!
We rented this property for a family getaway. We loved it! The owner thought of everything - from little activity books for the kiddos, to labeling everything in the kitchen, she didn’t miss a thing!
The beds were comfortable, decor modern and fresh, nice TVs and board games to play as a family. The unit was much bigger than I anticipated! It felt like home and very well maintained.
The pool right by the condo was very convenient and hardly ever busy.
The walk to the other property didn’t feel too long and I was surprised at how often the tram came by to speed up the journey. The beach is beautiful - we had so much finding shells and riding the waves!
Don’t miss this condo! It was better than we expected and we had high expectations from the photos and other reviews! Thank you for a great visit Terri!

We stayed at the Blue Pearl with our family of four for a month and it was a perfect spot for a family vacation. It is updated and beautifully furnished. Well stocked with everything you can think of (pots, pan, coffee maker, beach chairs) which is perfect for a longer stay. The location of the villa is great, close to the front entrance, as well as the bridge to the beach and the main pool. It is right next to a heated pool. We used the two oversized balconies quite a bit to look at the turtles and other wildlife with our daughters. It was also a great spot to sit out and enjoy a beverage after the girls went to bed. We had a great time at the Blue Pearl and cant wait to go back!
