We had a our family a friends at Modern House in Harbour Island for a week in August. The house had a great space with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The views were spectacular. The house staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We had our boat at Ramora Bay marina, and the house was very conveniently located. We would recommend the house for large groups.

Villa #2 is beautiful and well maintained. Everything was in good working order. However, I could not operate the kitchen range as it was not gas or electric. I was unable to make a simple egg in the morning.
The staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. We had a lovely time.
