Come relax and enjoy the sounds of the waves in this bright, remodeled, and recently redecorated condo with direct ocean and pool views. The private condo is located on the second and third floors (no unit above you) in Coquina, an exclusive 42-unit complex directly on Crescent beach. Recently renovated, the condo features a fully updated and equipped kitchen, including stainless appliances and quartz counters with counter stools for additional seating. The living room includes comfortable seating and a 65" HD LED smart TV for your viewing enjoyment along with breathtaking views of the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the comfortably furnished balcony while you watch the sunrise and enjoy the waves on Crescent beach. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king size bed, a 55" HD LED smart TV, and amazing views of the ocean. The second bedroom includes two full size beds and a 40" smart TV. There is also a full bathroom with tub upstairs. The unit is fully stocked with nice linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, pillows, cleaning supplies, kitchen basics and a selection of board games and books to provide all the comforts of home. Complimentary toiletries are also provided. The condo also includes free highspeed WiFi and cable TV and is professionally cleaned and sterilized between each rental. The unit does not allow pets for any renters or guests. Coquina is a non-smoking property except in designated smoking area. No smoking in unit or balcony. When headed to the beach, enjoy private access and complimentary use of four (4) beach chairs, an umbrella and four (4) beach towels. This well maintained, beachfront complex offers community access to swimming pools, tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts, a community overlook area- including tables and loungers, with views of both the intercoastal and the beach- perfect for viewing the sunrise or sunset! Located only 13 miles downtown St. Augustine, on Anastasia Island, this condo is in the perfect location for family fun!

This was our second stay at this property and even better this time! Lauren has provided a home away from home at the condo and is an excellent hostess. Condo is true to pictures and clean, great location, complex is beautiful. The condo provides everything for a fantastic, memorable vacation.

We have stayed at this condo numerous times, but this was the first time in this particular unit. We were very pleased with it. Very nice and well maintained. We plan to return and hope to stay in this unit in the future. The host, Lauren, could not have been easier to work with.

we’ve stayed at this complex seven times now. this unit was at the top of them. very clean. had TONS of extras(drinks, trash bags, paper towels, coffee, storage bags, and even very convenient usb plug ins everywhere which i’ve never seen in any of the 30+ places we’ve stayed) communication was great, we heard from Lauren a few times throughout the process. thank you again!

My favorite part about this place was the view! The beach was beautiful with very few people on it. The kids loved the pool and surprisingly the pool temperature wasn’t bad even for the adults. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem we ran into was lack of toilet paper and dish washer pods- so bring some with you.

We use VRBO all the time and this property is the best so far. Everything we needed was there. Updated and clean. Location was great. View was spectacular! Communication with the owner was easy. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

The location was PERFECT! The owner was in close contact with us during "Nicole's" approach. We were safe & had flashlights & lanterns during the power outage. .. & because of this inconvenience we were refunded for the days lost. VERY KIND considering it was not really required. These are the kind of people that make the world a better place!!!

Wife and I needed to unplug for a fall break at the beach. This property met all expectations. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful location. The unit was very clean and had all the necessities for the day to day. Owner Lauren kept in touch throughout the process. We may have to come vacation their in the fall again.

This is a beautiful, comfortable condo in an excellent location. Amazing views, only steps to the beach, with a large pool in a quiet complex. The unit had everything we needed: small appliances, paper products, beach items, 3 TVs. Our week-long stay at the end of September was cut short by Hurricane Ian. Lauren checked in on us upon our arrival and then again as the weather changed. Even though she was out of the country, she quickly arranged a refund for the unused portion of our stay. We hope to come back to this same unit in the future and continue our vacation. This has become our favorite vacation rental.

We have been coming to Coquina for several years. This is the second year in this unit and as always it was a perfect vacation. We hope to visit many years to come. Lauren is the best with communicating and is helpful for any needs. We loved the unit with all the recent upgrades. Can’t wait for next year!

We go to St Augustine every year. This condo was perfect. We felt like we were right in the beach. Everything we needed was there. Communication was excellent with Lauren. Will definitely look at renting from them again in the future.

Condo was very clean and well furnished. Loved curling up on the balcony with the best ocean view! Condo provided so many extras that I didn’t need to pack, like beach towels and beach chairs. Kitchen had everything we needed when we wanted to cook something up. Really enjoyed our stay here!!!!
