About this house rental
Very private and quiet surroundings, hearing sounds of loons calling for each other. Have a nice dinner on the screened porch with a comfortable wicker sectional. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets with a fire overlooking the lake from the patio. Dock available right on property to accommodate up to 24’ boat with a canoe and 2 kayaks for you to use. Great hiking in the area and castle in the clouds only 2 miles away. You can hike Mt Major, Red Hill or Bald Knob only 15-20 minutes away.

Wonderful location. Cottage is old but nice. Needs improvement in spare bunk room and bathroom could use a major upgrade. The rest of the cottage was very nice. Outdoor area was also very nice.

This home was exactly as pictured and described. The size of the dock to sit by the water was a welcome surprise. Owner responded quickly and so nice to work with. Highly recommend this home. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place right on the lake . The house is comfortable and kitchen area was very user friendly . The screened in porch is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset . We also enjoyed the close proximity to The Castle in the Clouds and The Loon Center . We appreciate being able to stay at a place that is pet friendly .
