Condominium complex is mixed use of residential and commercial and there is one uncovered parking space provided. Short walking distance to popular restaurants, shops, Island "free" trolley stop locations, and 2 to 3 blocks walk to beautiful gulf beach. Includes: streaming TV & Basic Cable, Internet, Dishwasher, Central Heat/Air, Washer & Dryer

Me and my husband loved our stay here! We were on our honeymoon here in Anna Maria Island and the home was close to the beach and also close to a ton of amazing local food places and shops. The home was very clean, spacious, and also updated and had most of what you would need during a stay. I very highly recommend this place especially if you are looking for a great price and great quality of a home to stay!

I enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean when I got there and the check in process was easy. The beach wasn’t a far walk. Many restaurants near by like the Ugly Grouper. I would come back!

The house was very clean. The owner very responsive. The issue I had was the lack of outdoor space. Also the businesses on the lower level often had the driveway blocked and a lot of slamming doors early in the morning. The walk to the beach is about 5 blocks away and is fine until you have to Carrie bags shelter and chairs.
