This elegantly decorated, waterfront, two bedroom plus den, two full bath condo is waiting for your arrival. Post-hurricane Ian damage cleanup continues in the Fort Myers Beach area. Please expect ongoing construction and construction noise around the complex. At this time some amenities may not be available for use. Currently the elevators are not working. This unit has been carefully inspected and renovated prior to re-opening. We have made every effort to maintain a safe and comfortable setting for our guests. If you haven't stayed at the Bella Lago complex you are in for a treat. Located at the south end of the island, this newer waterfront complex offers a beautiful in-ground heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, community room, tennis courts, off street parking and is right across the street from the beach. Santini Marina Plaza is just a five minute walk from the condo. Here you will find night life, numerous boutiques, and a multitude of restaurants to temp your taste buds. Walking through the door of Unit 423 you will be captivated by the stylish decor. Rich earth tones, various textures in fabrics coupled with quality furnishing throughout make this unit exceptional. The living room is bathed in natural light from the wall of sliding glass doors leading to the glass and screened in lanai. Comfortable leather furnishings surround you providing you with a calming, restful area to relax in. A large flat screen TV allows you to keep up-to-date with your favorite show. The screened and glass enclosed lanai will surely be your favorite part of the condo. The glass enclosure ensures year round, all weather use of this great area. On those perfect Florida days, open the glass enclosures letting the breeze flow through listening to the sound of the water fountain in the lake outside your condo. The lanai offers comfortable seating with a couch, a large flat screen TV for an additional viewing area, and a wine fridge for your beverages. The wonderful area is a great extension of the living room and perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. The oversized kitchen is towards the front of the condo. Newer appliances, custom wood cabinets and solid surface counters are just a few of the features of the kitchen. Everything has been provided to prepare your meals; however, with so many fantastic restaurants just outside your door you?ll want to try some of them. A formal dining room off the kitchen allows everyone to eat meals together. The master bedroom is generous in size, accommodating a king size bed with ease and still allowing for plenty of additional room. A large walk-in closet will accommodate all your belongings while here on vacation. The master bedroom also comes with a large ensuite bathroom. His and her sinks and an extra-large walk-in shower, with separate toilet closet, complete this room. The two guest's bedrooms are located towards the front of the condo providing everyone with their privacy. The larger of the two rooms has a queen size Murphy bed which can be tucked away when not in use for extra space if needed. The den doubles as the third bedroom with a full size sleeper sofa. Heading outside of the condo to the pool area you'll find the hot tub and poolside restrooms for your convenience. Take the crosswalk across Estero Blvd. to the deeded beach access across the road from the condo. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach will be waiting for you to explore and enjoy. Chair and cabana rentals can be found beachfront for those who want to soak up the sun at the waters edge. Jump on the trolley and head down to Times Square where you?ll find a multitude of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Or take the trolley southbound and explore the secluded beaches of Lovers Key State Park. Bella Lago 423 offers you a pristine vacation experience that you'll want to return to again and again. Overall very good! Very few extra towels but had washer dryer! The lanai was great, had to send 2 broken chairs in d/t bein broke & took 4 days to return! A missed opportunity for them, could so easily been 2 king suites! We had a great time!

This is an amazing property and I would recommend! It is exactly as pictured and even more. A great location within walking distance to the Santini Plaza with restaurants, ice cream and shopping. The beach access is incredible, just across the street. And the beach is very nice! The trollee stop is close but while we were there was very unpredictable. We truly enjoyed the beautiful screened in patio overlooking the fountain and pond. The master bedroom has a good king mattress on the softer side though. The murphy bed mattress was just okay and the sofa bed is a sofa bed. The property was quiet and easily accessible with enough parking for one car. While there was dish soap and detergent, there was not ANY extra food items at all. Probably a property management liability. No salt, pepper sugar, etc. Also no extra beach towels or supplies or even trash bags.

The visitor guide had all wrong codes to access the pool and gym. The rental group was slow to provide the correct info as if they didn't know it. There is cover parking but the owner won't let you use it. It sat empty while our car sat thru a tropical storm and then baked in the sun. The gas grills provided did not work. Ft Myers and Bonita Springs were nice. Go eat at Iquana Mia.
