Recently upgraded home in Columbia Village neighborhood of Boise with three bedrooms, den, and two baths. Walking distance to Simplot Sports Park and easy access to Micron campus, downtown, Boise State University, and Lucky Peak Recreation area. Primary bedroom has a king bed and walk-in closet, the other two bedrooms have a queen bed and two twins. Open floor plan with breakfast counter and dining table. Comfortable, spacious living room includes a gas fireplace. Large fenced back yard with a dining table and barbeque on covered patio. Enclosed garage on a quiet cul de sac. Very comfortable home for a family or small group to enjoy Boise and Southwest Idaho.

We rented this home when traveling to Boise for my son's wedding. There were 4 of us staying here and it was lovely! A lot of space, huge master bedroom suite, comfortable beds, large closets. Kitchen had all cookery needs, living room was spacious, very nice outside with table and chairs, quiet and safe residential area. We will definitely rent again when in the Boise area. Highly recommend. Be aware that the master bath has a very deep tub to climb in and out of to use the shower. Being short, it was difficult so I used the other bath's shower. And I would highly recommend a full size mirror behind a door or somewhere to check your appearance. It was a wonderful experience overall.

This is the third time we’ve stayed in the house. It is comfortable and well appointed. It is our favorite place to stay when we come to Boise. The availability of the garage is an added bonus.
