This is kid friendly, clean area and secure. This is not the same as the north island, no waves at all, but dolphins are a daily treat.

The inside of the condo was nice. We liked the barstools at the end of the bar in the kitchen and the countertops were nice. Our daughters loved the cute little bed in the hallway. There were a couple of little things that could be fixed, like a few small places on the wall in the bedroom and bathroom (the bathroom holes appeared to be from a fallen towel bar). The building itself (especially the hallways) looked pretty dated, but the inside of the condo was not. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay, was hoping the weather was better but still made the most of it! Bed was comfortable and loved being able to see the pool and being close to the beach. Definitely will be going back again!

This is the perfect location for a quiet, relaxing getaway where you can immerse yourself in the island life, so much so you’ll never want to leave. Local restaurants and shopping in a variety of unique shops full of local artisan made items are easily accessible, just minutes away on foot. No need to book a dolphin tour as we watched them everyday from the shoreline at the unit, playing in the wake of local fishing boats. While the weather wasn’t perfect during our stay, we were fortunate to witness some of the most spectacular sunsets we have ever seen on the east coast. We lost power after a nighttime storm that knocked out the thermostat, but a quick 5 minute call to Roshan had it working again, all done remotely and without compromising our plans. Our only criticism of the unit is that some of the pictured kitchen appliances were not there, but it really wasn’t much of an inconvenience for us. An easy drive into Savannah offered an abundance of unique food options and more evening entertainment. Tybee Island is definitely a hidden gem and is now one of our must-stay vacation spots.

Our stay was perfect! The place was clean and exactly as advertised. It is away from hustle bustle but perfect for a quiet beach day with kids. The pool area is nice as well. We met some great people too! Our host got back quickly when we needed anything

Great location with easy access to the beach and all things local! Property owner is super communicative, and the property is just as described. Would absolutely recommend staying here! Tips- plan ahead for laundry: there’s no easy access to quarters in the area. Consider kid bed times and access- pull out sofa was great for our kids, but it’s in the main area of the condo, and blocks off easy access to the balcony, so you’re only real option is to also head to bed yourselves. Whoops!

My wife and I are from Orlando so we needed to get away from the city. This was so perfect! The beach was so beautiful, the people on the island are so nice and everything is walking or biking distance. Reminded me of a Nicholas Sparks book! We actually were sad when we had to leave. I am pretty sure this is going to be our new spring destination, definitely recommend!

Super comfy bed. Nice shower. We love staying at Savannah Beach and raquet club. Heads up. No oven, just a cook top.

Everything was great. Steps away from the beach, very quiet location. The host was very nice, even reaching out to make sure that we were checked in without any problems. We had everything we needed and we look forward to staying again.

Overall, our stay was good. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. The baseboards and walls were a bit dirty. The bedroom was also very tight and the condo could use some nightlights. The parking lot was not well lit either. The location was great right on the beach and easy access to everything. Also well stocked with kitchen stuff and towels.

The place was perfect place for the two of us... had everything you need. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Love that the place is on the 1st floor. We were there in late October and the island was nice and quiet. We loved Huckapoo's (great pizza) & the quaint little shops which were in walking distance. We walked to the Lighthouse one day! We really enjoyed the food at Sundae Cafe which was highly recommended. We spent 2 nights in Savannah and 4 nights in Tybee. Roshan was a great host. He was available when we needed/called him. It was a nice trip and we would go back to this condo.

Owner was responsive to any questions in a timely manner and super friendly. Gave us easy, specific instructions for arrival and departure. Also provided us with things to do in the area. Condo was clean and had everything needed to be able to cook and eat there. Nice that it is just a few steps from the beach which was family friendly and not very busy due to only people from condos and near by condos having access. Would rent again!

The property owners were great and checked on us to make sure we got in and settled ok which was a great bonus. THE POOL CLOSES AT 9PM. Which was a bummer but the access to the beach was great and even the pool attendants were really great! The Cindy was very clean and super cute!

We had a great experience. It took less than a minute to walk from the property to the beach and the pool was very nice. The space was a little snug for two adults and two teenage boys, but manageable.

This rental was just what my family and I were looking for. Perfect for what we needed. My kids loved the pool and beach. The host was very informative and communication was great. The condo was very clean and well kept. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

The unit itself was very small; the bedroom did not have a window and faced the interior hallway which was awkward. There was also no storage for our clothes so they had to be kept in suitcases. If we need to rent on tybee again in the future I think we will choose something with more space.

This place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Great environment for a laid back weekend. Condo was extremely clean and had everything that you need in it. Will definitely stay here again.

Even though it is on the other end of Tybee it is walking distance to one of our favorites, Huc-A-Poo's and a short 1 minute drive to our other favorite, The Crab Shack!
