We had a little snafu on the Vrbo side of things prior to our stay, so we weren't sure what to expect when we arrived at the house. Happily, we found the property exactly as described, with the house clean and in very good order. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Needs a few things - cute decorations but not functional enough for us

Decorations are cute, but not what makes it functional. Be prepared to bring your own bathroom hand towels and kitchen dish towels - not one to be found in the whole house - we had to provide our own. We let the owner know but she didn't do anything about it. No TVs or clocks in any of the bedrooms and two of the bedrooms didn't have night stands or dressers. Bed in master BR was too squishy for us, so we didn't sleep well. Home does have 2 bathrooms, but they are very small, especially the Master bath - and very little counter space. No ice in freezer, but ice maker on counter, which didn't seem to be working right for us. Probably user error, but we couldn't get the thermostat to stay on a consistent temperature. Master bath shower head and pressure were awesome, though. Keurig maker and k-cups provided, which was a nice touch, but no regular coffee pot for when you'd like a little bit bigger cup.

The property was cute and they had everything you would need at the home. It is easy to get to and close to Sacramento and Folsom. The check out process was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and communication from property manager Vanessa. This house has a king bed, a queen bed, and a double (or full) bed. My most frustrating problem was with the OTHER beds. The house was advertised as "sleeps 8." Our reservation was for 7 people and we specifically paid extra to have 7 people. I expected appropriate beds for 7 people. There were sofas and a folding cot but no bedding at all for any of these (I asked). We ended up using blankets from the living room but had no sheets for the two people we had sleeping on sofas/cot. I don't think they should advertise the sofas or cot as beds when there are zero sheets, blankets, and pillows specifically for the sofas or cot. Because there are no sheets and other bedding, I think it is not accurate to say "sleeps 8." I think it would be accurate to say "sleeps 6 but only if you have two people on the double bed." Nice quiet neighborhood, lots of fun games, lots of hangers, nice closet space, nice hot master shower fully stocked with shampoos.
