All our bedrooms were supplied with brand new mattresses, "Children's" bedroom can work perfectly for tall adults as well because has two Twin XL size beds. Biggest one has a KING SIZE bed, second one QUEEN SIZE bed and third one has two TWIN XL SIZE beds and full size futon (for additional guest). - TWO bathrooms. There are more units on the property but all of them are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances. We provide all things our guests might need, do our best to make sure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay. No matter if you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be very satisfied with your stay. We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the Whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time. In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air. If you get hot, please use ceiling fan. If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows. If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.
