We celebrated Christmas here. It was easy to get in and the kitchen was very well stocked. There was plenty of common space and the table was big enough to seat 12 using various chairs and benches. Plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable. The master suite is huge. The only drawback was that the basement was very cold. It would be very helpful to have a radiant heater or bring one of your own if anyone is going to sleep down there in the winter. We couldn't play cards down there because it was so cold. The stove is a little small for the number of people who can stay there but overall the kitchen is great and they have lots of extras like a blender, mixer, electric knife, etc... The hot tub is also very well maintained and we enjoyed it a great deal. The foosball table was lots of fun.

This was our second time staying here and we’ll stay again. The house has plenty of room and things to do. It’s in a great location, close to our family in Logan. It is well kept and clean.

Great Thanksgiving Family weekend stay, plenty of space. Lack of connectivity to TV and internet forced us to use our own hotspot and internet TV (which we used to watch Christmas movies and NCAAFB). Housekeeping staff and owner were very responsive to our text. Thank you.

The home was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. So many things to do, a weekend just wasn’t long enough. Our 11 person family had plenty of room to be together but not on top of each other.

Check in was easy, and everything about the property was as listed in the online listing. The only problem we had was with the TV. It was supposed to have Dish Network, but there were no Dish channels available. The host and his staff were very responsive and tried their best to fix the problem, but were not able to during our stay. Since we didn't travel to Hocking Hills to watch TV this was only a minor irritation and didn't detract from our experience. We loved the area and would definitely stay here again.

This is by far the best vacation home I’ve stayed in. It is spacious, open, well stocked with kitchen gear, and scrupulously clean. The location, while challenging to find, is beautiful. The host is all a host should be: well-informed about the area, responsive to our questions and requests, and otherwise in the background. I highly recommend this property.
The only criticism I have is the toilets are very low for this 72 year old man’s knees!

Property was perfect for a weekend getaway with our large group. The property was clean and had enough space to accommodate all of us. We were not in Hocking Hills, but it was a close 20 min drive. Highly recommend!

The property itself was absolutely beautiful, very clean. We had an amazing time. As for Vrbo, I don't think I will every use them again. They lost my last payment, and we had to pay again to be able to stay the weekend. We drove over 3 1/2 hrs, and we had no choice but to pay again. Vrbo finally mysteriously found my payment and refunded us almost a week later.

Kyle's property in Hocking Hills is a wonderful place to vacation. The house is large,very comfortable,and near many activities. There were 8 of us and plenty of areas to be together or separate. Had some rousing games of pool, a great bonfire with smores fixings provided by our host and spent some time enjoying the hot tub. Kyle and Mike were great hosts, providing a wonderful vacation home and responsive to any questions or needs. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The home was clean, the property beautiful and close to hiking trails.
The home is a bit dated, however, it is apparent the owner is taking efforts to update. It had everything that we needed to have a great weekend.
Communication was easy and responsive.

The property was a good house for our family of 12. Bedrooms were good size but lacked some necessary items (Kleenex, baskets,extra linens and other items). A few more outdoor games would be nice. With a larger group an extra refrigerator would be helpful. It was disappointing that the hot tub did not work because the family was looking forward to using it. The manager and maintenance man were very friendly and responded to my communications, but lacked follow through. Despite some of the difficulties, I would still recommend this property.

Location of house was ideal for a large group getaway to enjoy bonfires and dinners on the deck. The hot tub was an enjoyable treat after a long day hiking. This house is spacious and great for group dinners and sleeping. The mini fridge was great for drink storage. We overall enjoyed our time & highly recommend house.
A few notables for improvement consideration:
-add more dish towels (the white bar towels are not ideal for drying dishes)
-the kitchen sink significantly lacks water pressure
-ceiling fan in kitchen squeaks when using fan.

This place was great. There is a lot of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, places to hang out and eat. The location is very convenient to the Hocking Hills area, without the congestion. A grocery store and several restaurants are at the next exit down, and the Antique Mall right next store is a lot of fun.
We would definitely consider staying here again for our next trip to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 9 adults and 3 kids, and there was plenty of space to spread out when needed and gather together to catch up and eat, too. Quiet, convenient location close to Logan and Hocking Hills trails. There were a few problems at the house but the owner was quick to respond and offer advice or solutions to help.
We enjoyed a swim at Lake Logan, took a few hikes, visited the nearby brewery for an afternoon, and enjoyed the deck, games and hot tub.

The property is well equipped with kitchen and towel supplies. The teens were very pleased with the dowstairs bedroom, games, and hot tub. Landscaping was nicely done with exception of a big weed by the front walk. We very much have liked the use of a DVD. We brought several family favorites but did not think to bring our own players.

We had spent five days here to celebrate 3 years of marriage with friends and family. Everyone had a fantastic time, we used all amenities that they offered, including the yard, it was big enough out front to put up a few games we had.
The only negatives I have are the dart board. There was not a dart board as advertised in the photos, instead it was a cheap sticky Velcro dart ball thing.
And also unless they had alot of the games hiding, we purposefully left many board games and such at home with the idea there would be 100s of games at the vacation home, but there were only some and many were missing pieces, instructions or were quite outdated. None of that ruined the overall experience at all though, I’d recommend this place to anyone! I’d just bring your own games and also some toys for young children. It was a blast!

The property was spacious with a very nice open floor plan. The kitchen was large with plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans. The hot tub was awesome! The pool table, foosball and poker table were a plus for our family. We also enjoyed the firepit. Everything was laid out well and the parking was great for 4 vehicles. This owner has a well thought out supply of exactly what you may need along with really good instructions wherever needed from the original welcome packet to laminated sheets in several areas. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Thank you Kyle for sharing your home with our family for a few days.

We rented this very lovely, spacious house for 3 days with our kids and grandkids. The kids stayed entertained as well as the adults also, plenty to due and the owners stock it with several board games to keep everyone entertained.
We was scheduled to get married at Hocking Hills Old Man Upper Waterfalls and the owner bright in champagne, snack basket and a fruit basket!!!! Very nice!!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was close to the park which was great. Our only complaint was regarding the listing for indoor fireplace. We were not allowed to use either fireplace which was a real bummer since it rained the whole time we were there and couldn't access the fire pit.

This property was perfect for us to celebrate our moms 80th birthday. There’s 5 awesome bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The basement is so fun! Pool table, foosball, a big screen TV, tons of games and a bar. We had such a great time! Everyone commented on how great the house was.

The home was situated in a very beautiful setting. It was private which gave my family the ability to go outside and play and make some noise. This home was cleaner than any of the rentals I have been to, and I have been to several. There was plenty of room to accommodate all of us without tripping over each other. Eleven of us, 3 generations. It all worked out beautifully being there.
So beautiful, peaceful; surrounded by woodlands.
Hot tub was a big hit; we ended each day with story telling around the fire pit with the view of starry skies over head; grill was fantastic to have - lots of seating area on the deck to supervise whoever was The Cook that night or to taste test if asked, and kitchen was well equipped.
Fantastic place to make great memories. And we surely have.

My family and my sister’s family chose the location and found a perfect match with this home!! The right size and location for all to enjoy the area whether it was hiking, horse back riding, zip line or just to chill in the hot tub or play a game of pool!! I will most definitely recommend this Vrbo and Kyle was on the spot when answering emails.
