Situated in Missoula, this charming house for $147 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Enjoy our newly built Missoula HomeBase with all the conveniences for work or play. Beautiful, light-filled space with a stylish chef's kitchen, open floor plan for families and friends, fast wifi, game room/office and secondary bedrooms upstairs, back patio with dining and fire table, and outdoor seating area around the gas grill. Solar energy reduces your carbon footprint! Minutes to the "Hip Strip" downtown, trail heads, Snowbowl, UM, and the airport! The Missoula HomeBase is a newly built, energy-efficient, spacious house meant to spend time in. You enter the large, open concept living area, with a large FireTV and electric fireplace, perfect for hanging out in the evenings. The kitchen, with a gas stove and a massive kitchen island, is ideal for cooks. Right outside the kitchen is a premium gas grill for outdoor gourmets. The laundry room with full-size washer/dryer is right next to the kitchen. The spacious primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with two sinks and a rain shower head (suitable for tall people!), and opens out to the gorgeous back patio with mountain views. The perfect place for morning coffee! Upstairs are two light-filled bedrooms with queen beds and plenty of closet space. There is a bonus room upstairs with a sofa, recliner, and Roku TV for movies and games, and also a large desk, for a quiet office space. The sofa folds out into a queen-sized bed. Upstairs is a second full bath with dual sinks and rain shower. The house is mostly powered by its own solar panels. In the past six months, we've saved over 19,600 pounds of CO2 emissions, equal to planting 148 trees! Only 3 miles from downtown, 5 miles from hiking trails, 3 miles from the airport, and 4 miles from the University, you'll be close to everything. Free parking on the driveway in the back brings you to the front door with remote check in. Other things to note: 1. We do not allow pets or smoking at all. 2. We require a security deposit to confirm your booking. Guest access Free parking is on the driveway and can fit 2 cars. While there is lots of great walking to be found around the neighborhood streets, getting around town is much easier with a car. The garage is not available to guests. This home was the perfect spot for our time in Missoula. We had to go to St. Pats hospital every day, and it was a quick, easy drive, and so comfortable to go "home" to after long days. Well set up with everything you'd need. This really felt like home away from home.

This place rocked. We came to town for a family wedding and it had plenty of space for the six of us who stayed there. The kitchen was huge with so much room and it had genuinely nice appliances (not those cheapy ones you often see). The outside space was gorgeous and the fire pit was amazing to end the day next to. Highly recommend if you are thinking of booking.

This property is very up-to-date, clean, and well equipped. We were impressed that everything worked so well throughout our stay. The local neighborhood is clean and quiet. The location was also very good for our day-tripping, with easy access to I-90 and US-93 in both directions northward toward Glacier and south to the Bitterroot Valley. It is also not far from the main drag with every type of dining and shopping venue.
Overall we really enjoyed our time here!

Spent 5 days in Missoula for our son’s wedding. Had most of our adult children stay here with us. The house was very clean and comfortable. The best part for our needs was the open kitchen, dining, living room and covered patio. Provided lots of comfortable space for family and friends to stop by and visit. The bathroom configuration was great for all of us needing to get ready at the same time. Plenty of space in the kitchen/dining room to put the final touches on Welcome Party dessert for 160 people and to prep centerpieces for a 200 person wedding. Location was great for our welcome party and wedding venues. Highly recommend this property!

This home was a great place for a group of friends in town for a volleyball tournament. The home was spacious, clean and well stocked with essentials. We loved all of the beautiful houseplants too!

Beautiful, immaculate townhome on the edge of the crazy crowdedness of Missoula. Close to I-90, but far enough away to be peaceful. Spacious and comfortable. Outdoor patio area is private and nicely maintained. Hosts were extremely attentive and available. We were extremely grateful for our stay here. You will not find a better property in the area.

The home was immaculate; updated, with comfortable beds, modern appointments and it felt brand new. The hosts are on point with communication and it was appreciated! We brought 3 adult kids with us to Missoula for a family wedding. In a word, our experience was “AWESOME!”

We couldn't have been happier with this property. Clean, excellent quality, able to cook a large meal in the kitchen (great pots/pans/knives), lovely outdoor spaces and landscaping. We were a grp of 7 and played multple board games at the large dining room table, but also had plenty of space when we wanted it. Check in/check out processes both super easy. My mother-in-law has already booked another stay!

We had a great stay with family here. The property has great spaces for hanging out and privacy with the bedrooms. Check in was easy and the owners were very responsive. Kitchen was good for cooking smaller meals. We would stay here in the future.

Our family stayed in this home for 8 days while in Missoula for a wedding. The property is like new, beautiful and well appointed. Located perfectly between the airport and downtown. Three full bedrooms plus a fold out sofa in a bonus room. We were comfortable and felt at home for our entire stay. Communication was great and check in was simple. I highly recommend this property as a great home base for groups or families spending time in the area.
We would absolutely rent it again.

What a BEAUTIFUL property! Everything was clean and expertly decorated. The hosts were easy to work with and gave lots of suggestions for activities to add to our adventures for the week. They have thought of everything and then some when it comes to amenities and comforts. If we’re ever back on Missoula, this is where we want to stay!!

This is one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed at! The house was beautiful and the perfect place for me, my siblings and our spouses to stay while in town for a family wedding. We couldn't have asked for more. The kitchen was fully stocked (including a Kitchen Aide mixer!), bathrooms had basic items, and while we didn't use the outdoor space because of VERY low temps, the area was set up very nicely.
I had no communication issues with James and Susan- they were very helpful and timely in their responses.
I wouldn't have any hesitation to stay at this property the next time we are in Missoula.

Our experience was wonderful! This home is very well appointed and immaculately clean. The outdoor space is inviting with a lovely dining area and cozy fire pit seating. The coffee bar is so well stocked! What a treat. Furniture and appliances are new. Loved the motorized shades. Felt very high end! The owners are very responsive. We loved this home. The only slight negative is the distance from downtown. But we were able to navigate there and back easily.
