We had a great time staying here. There are lots of places nearby for dining, drinks, and groceries. Close to plenty of courses for golfers too. The layout is perfect for a group of 4 golfers. Everyone had their own room and at least a queen sized bed. We didn’t use the outdoor space much as it was a bit cool for that, but it is a nice area. The grill worked great. It could use a little paint and updating, but again, it is fine for a group looking to stay there and play golf in the area. The owners were very responsive and proactive about communications.

Booked this house for a golf trip for my friends and I. The check in process was easy and the hosts were easy to contact and proactive in communication. The home is in a fantastic location and the neighborhood is decent. The house could have been cleaner and is in need of minor touch up paint in several areas. Beds, pillows, and bedding weren’t great and the beds lacked box springs. Lots of plush towels and washcloths, and the water pressure was great as well. Hosts were responsive when we encountered a couple minor issues. You have to be careful with the sunken living room, as a couple of us tripped when walking around early in the dark. Overall it’s a decent rental in a great location.

We rented the home for a golf week for 4 of us. Property was centrally located with lots of amenities nearby. Short drive to the stadium and lots of golf courses. Quiet neighbourhood. Home is as advertised, great outdoor area with pool, hot tub and bbq. Kitchen is well equipped. Owners were very easy to deal with and responsive.

Everything was nice and as advertised great location. The only issue was the hot tub had a leak and was not usable but the host was great at communicating. All in all a great experience.

The house was very clean!! Overall good experience and good communication. The only real issue we had was an odd feature of the layout; there is a “sunken” area that’s intended to be a formal dining or living room directly off the front door, which was a definite fall/trip hazard. That’s the only reason for 4 stars overall instead of 5.

We had a great stay at this Kierland property. It is very central, close to everything, especially good restaurants and the golf courses. We could not swim in the pool for the majority of our stay, because it was just too cold. We did pave the extra hundred dollars a day to heat the pool so this was a minor disappointment. Overall excellent and I would recommend this to anybody.

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay! We loved the pool table, although we agree with other reviews that we didn't like the sunken floor under the table. Several players tripped on the step trying to make a shot. We loved the hot tub and lighting in the yard. The one complaint would be about the mattress in the primary bedroom. It was sunken in the middle, so my husband and I had to sleep on opposite sides. We cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen is well-equipped. It could use a glass bowl that could be used in the microwave. Overall, a great place to stay!! We would love to come back when it is a bit warmer to enjoy the pool!

This's our second time to stay at this house when we visited Scottsdale. We enjoyed every time we stayed here. The house is beautiful, super clean and very well maintained. It's in a very nice quite neighborhood. Paul is a great host, very responsive.

The entire Phoenix area was hustling and bustling with spring break & spring training in full bloom…..but you’d never know it here. It’s quiet & peaceful but close to everything you’d ever want to go see or do. The house is large and roomy and the outdoor space is like a resort setting with loungers, hot tub and heated pool by request. Being surrounded by palm trees really does put you in a vacation frame of mind. Can’t say enough about Paul. Best host by far! He really went out of his way to make sure my family was happy & taken care of. Thanks again for everything-it was a truly amazing trip.

We stayed for a month. Property is in a good location, close to pretty much anything you could want. The place was great as we had 2 dogs. Paul was super responsive and helpful. Neighborhood had some great parks and good (safe) for walks. Nice pool. Could use a few updates but this was great for us.

A group of 8 adults (4 couples) stayed at this property for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. Although a few minor updates could be made to the house to spruce it up a little, we were very happy with the layout of the house, the outdoor pool/hot tub/TV, and also the location was excellent.

Location, location, location!! Close to where our daughter worked at Grayhawk. Close to Kierland. Dutch Bros and a local bakery within a 1/2 mile walk. Kierland Park within a 1/2 walk the other direction. Great time was had by all!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. It was a very clean property. It was nice to be able to sit poolside and enjoy the beautiful sunshine every morning with a cup of coffee especially coming from Seattle!! Paul was a great host!! We will definitely be back!!
