This bungalow is nestled in the heart of Wasatch Hallow Salt Lake City. 30 min from Park City, Snowbird, and other world-class skiing, 5 min to the U and University Hospital, 2 min to the University of Westminster. Can’t beat the location. The home has been newly remodeled, with all new appliances, and decorated with all-new furnishings and West Elm bedding. It has 2 living rooms one upstairs and one downstairs, and king beds in two of the bedrooms. The great neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery, coffee, ice cream, gift, a wonderful bookstore and more.. Bedrooms 1 and 2 with king beds Bedroom 3 with queen bed Bedroom 4 with a pair of bunk beds Has two living areas, one upstairs with an open kitchen and the other downstairs with a 65” TV and game table. Kitchen and living room have an open-air concept with a bar to sit at. Fully equipped kitchen, providing all of your cooking and dining needs. Take a night off from eating out (sometimes it’s hard to do that with all of the amazing choices we have) OR order take-out and eat around the table with your friends and family! Smart lock with code. Guest can easily check themselves in.we hope Quiet neighborhood, no parties or events.

We had a great stay! We loved the family room downstairs as well as on the main level. It was a great separation of space. We also liked the fully equipped kitchen.

This property is part of an adorable neighborhood full of beautiful renovated 100 yo homes. The market and cafe two blocks away were absolutely wonderful. The house has some old home quirks like narrow steep stairs to the basement but the house is so cozy and clean you feel right at home. The beds were dreamy comfortable and we had no issues. We enjoyed our stay.
