Our family and sons teenage friends stayed here so we could visit Oregon Polytechnic College. This house has it all and is very large for everyone to have their own space. The boys loved the game room and we had a ton of fun fishing on the private dock, using the house kayaks and enjoyed boating and tubing on the lake with the help of the host, who was very friendly and helpful! Beautiful nature and enjoyed bonding with family and friends! You will definitely make amazing memories here! :)

Super nice house, had plenty of space and a nice game room to keep us entertained. We stayed in early spring so cannot speak to the lake and outdoor activities but seems like it would be a blast. Kitchen was fully equipped. Host lives next door and is super friendly. Great overall experience!

The house was spacious and clean as it offered everything we needed. Everyone in the family really enjoyed the accommodations. Only concern was the difficulty of securing the exterior French doors.

What a great spot to hang out on a lake with your kids. We were bird watching, fishing and hiking. The teens loved the pool table at night and there was plenty of room to snuggle up on the coach for a movie in the evening.

Wonderful house and great location with expansive decks and water views. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this place.

The Lakefront "House" was very nice and suited our needs, 6 adults and a 6 year old. The bedrooms are spacious, sufficient bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and a huge gameroom that came in handy even though the weather was great outdoors. We are an outdoors oriented family, love to hike, explore and take advantage and be outside as much as possible, being from Wisconsin our winter weather sometimes prohibits outdoor activities. That was the main reason for renting this property, close proximity to Crater Lake National Park, two decks facing the lake, with access to kayaks, paddle boards and water to give us outdoor time even when not out on adventures. It was stated by the owners and several reviews that the property was succeptible to mass insect hatches occasionally throughout the year. We were unlucky, apparently, to be there over a long Labor Day weekend when these massive hatches were occurring. 4 days and never could be outside on the decks because of the bugs, never seen anything like it. We took a chance and lost on the potential this could happen. The bugs seemed to be concentrated near the house facing the lake, the backside facing the street had some but minimal and midday out near the water seemed to be clear as well but still heavily concentrated on the deck. I realize theres nothing the owners can do about this, but it kept us indoors when at the property. The thing that was never mentioned was the lake water condition! Upper Klamath Lake from July to November is an unuseable 90,000 acre body of water due to a toxic algae bloom! The green blue algae is thick and takes over every inch of water. No boats, no kayaks, no fishing, basically all water activities were non-existent. My daughter risked it and took a paddleboard out for a few minutes, but returned grossed out by the water condition. The reason I rented this property was to be able to take advantage of the outside decks overlooking the water and the lake itself, neither of which were possible. If I was made aware of the water condtion I would not have rented this property. The pic's on VRBO show boats, kayaks and other water activities and are enticing, but not a reality apparently form July through November. The game room was the saving grace for our family as we gathered there instead of outdoors which was the excitedly anticipated expectation.

Sitting on the deck simply enjoying the peace of nature was my absolute favorite, but we definitely adored the game room, kayaking, and wildlife. Hosts (King family) were amazing in their communication, kindness, and thought put into all the details of their property. When you think of escaping to a beautiful lake house, this is the place. With it's two story porches, your own private deck on the water, and the gorgeous views, you won't want to leave.

A wonderful home to enjoy the beauty of Klamath lake. Pelicans, ducks, geese and so many more birds graced the water in a continual parade. The location of the home is close to the city of Klamath Falls and just down the road from the college; making it a perfect location for your Klamath stay. The owners were gracious and kind and even had homemade lemon bars waiting for us. The kitchen was well stocked. The game room made for fun family time. This is home is a gem!

We rented this home for family coming into town for our daughter's wedding. The home is stunning and beautiful! Everyone was impressed and enjoyed their stay. The owner was very accommodating and met our needs. The only improvement we would recommend is that the bathroom windows need privacy coverings. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were in Oregon for the bird watching festival and every day we could sit on the deck and watch all kinds of local birds, including egrets who nested in the tree across the water and a bald eagle that flew by. Honestly, just a great home. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property on the water in Klamath Lake. We stayed for Thanksgiving and the house was clean and well equipped. The property manager was very responsive and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I’m a frequent traveler and user of VRBO, and this was one of the best homes we have stayed in during our travels!

The owner was very helpful, the home was lovely with everything you would need to have in a home. We had fresh baked cookies upon arrival. The home had kayaks available for use and a wonderful game room downstairs. The beds were super comfortable and the home was extremely well priced for all the amenities it provided.
