About this house rental

Located in Arroyo Grande, this attractive house for $137 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This home is available only for a minimum 30 night rental period. For pricing enter a minimum of 30 nights. For example: arriving Feb 1st, departing Mar 3rd. An incredible VALUE for a three bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in Pismo Beach. The home is located near the Pismo Dunes, neighboring beach communities Avila Beach and Pismo Beach, and commutable north to San Luis Obispo or south to Santa Maria. The main gathering area is spacious. The living room, dining and kitchen flow from one living space to the next. The kitchen is well equipped to meet a chef’s prep and cooking needs. There are two dining areas... a breakfast table for 4 (or a nice work station) or a 6 person dining table. Each of the three bedrooms have comfy beds, and well stocked with plenty of fluffy white towels and toiletries. The bed Layout is: Master ensuite (queen); Bdrm2 bunk bed (full bottom, twin top); Bdrm3 (full + twin trundle). Home is stocked with bed linens; bath towels; kitchen serving, cooking and dining ware. The renter is responsible for consumable supplies such as: body wash, shampoo & conditioner, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Suitability: WiFi, SmartTVs (no cable channel lineup), family friendly, no smoking, no pets allowed, not handicap compliant, family friendly. This home does have AC.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this property for the location as it is close to our daughter's house. We had a few issues right away (heat wasn't working correctly, loose faucet, garage door remote broken) and Seven Sisters attempted to solve these. We never did have heat in the master bedroom and bath and ran a space heater instead. The remote still needs replacing.Most dissappointing was the quality and lack of items in the kitchen. There were no glassware, only plastic cups. Dishware consisted of 4 ceramic plates and the rest were plastic frisbee like plates. Many items I'd expect to find in a kitchen were not there, especially for a 30 day rental.The layout of the house is good, furniture and bedding fine. For a little more expense by furnishing the kitchen better, this house could be a popular rental.

A very nice property. There are some conveniences that could improve stay. A BBQ grill would be nice, actual glassware, wine glasses(Wine Country), more dishware . The guest bed in front needs to be a better mattress. Overall it is a wonderful property with great location! I would definitely stay again.
