Close to the store casino beach and airport. All great things when you are on vacation.

Overall the stay was acceptable for our needs. Good location, bare necessities provided, relatively quiet neighborhood. Having said that, communication with the host was non existent. We first attempted contact because the welcome email had blank spaces where the door code should be. A person from a property management company answered the phone and said they would forward our message to the host who would call us back as soon as possible. That call back NEVER happened. We finally found the door code buried deep inside the VRBO site, so it all worked out but the lack of communication could have been a deal breaker. The neighbors were somewhat noisy coming in late at night both nights but it didn't last long. Also the place could use a pest service. There were a few roaches in various places throughout the house. I mean it is Florida, so it's expected, but still. This was our first VRBO experience, and given the communication issue, it might be our last. But otherwise the stay was good.

This place has a great location, however communication is non existent. Only left one roll of toilet paper for 6 adults. Lady who cleans the place started at nine wanting to know when we were leaving at nine am when check out was 11:00. There also needed a broom to sweep up and place really buggy.

Extended stay while working in the area. Home was well equipped, clean and in a really convenient quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if I’m the area.

Would not stay here again. Place was not very clean, floor turned feet black. Kitchen had only a couple of dishes, dishwasher leaked, only 4 towels for 5 people, A/C leaked all over floor and stopped working, had to use our only towels to soak it up (host fixed quickly). The host did respond to some of our complaints after I told him we might need to find another place to stay, but not all. He brought more towels and went to the dollar store for bowls, spoons, and a toaster. This house is in a good location and we were able to enjoy the area and beaches, just wish the house was in better condition.

We enjoy our stay, the place were real clean and everything work just right, we love the location very close to the beach and all we need were real close to it, hopefully we be able to stay there again on the future.
