The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Very comfortable and clean two bedroom home, with plenty of room for 3 adults. Nice, roomy kitchen and family room area, and each bedroom had its own large bathroom. The patio was a little small with only 2 lounge chairs and road noise was pretty noticeable although not a big issue. Very close proximity to the community pool and hot tub, which were not crowded. Easy access to hiking and biking trails in No. Scottsdale area, as well as restaurants and grocery store. The attached two car garage was great too. Overall, we enjoyed this home and would come back again as we felt it was a good value.

Spacious modernly furnished condo right next to beautiful Troon North GC and excellent access to Mountain Bike Trails. No premium channel access (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime…) so we rented a DVD. None of the DVD players were hooked up and controllers had dead batteries (one was heavily corroded). Then the cable TV went out. Did not get response from Property Management Company by text or email. We ended up going to a movie theater for evening entertainment (much more expensive).

Property is beautiful and very convenient to lots of hikes and sights to see. I believe that we were the first to use the property so still some little things to be added to the property. We also loved the pool and hot tub which are adjacent to the property. The work out room is also excellent. Well equipped kitchen except for coffee pot which was way too small for 4 people.
