About this house rental

Located in Sunny Isles Beach, this attractive house for $799 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Enjoy great beach living in this great 400sf unit in a resort-style property located right on the shore! Stroll along the white sandy beach, get comfy in the complimentary beach chairs, or enjoy a cooling drink by the onsite pool. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls in the area and all the main attractions are within a 15-20 min ride from the property including the famous South Beach, Downtown, and Wynwood. PLEASE NOTE: These are FOUR separate units located on the hotel-style property. These are not adjoining units, units may not be located next to each other - the exact units are assigned upon arrival, based on availability. The price is for FOUR units. The listing is distributed and managed by RoomPicks Accommodations. THE SPACES Each 400sf One Bedroom Suite City View accommodates up to 4 guests. - 1 QUEEN BED in the bedroom; - 1 SOFA BED in a separate area; - Mini-fridge, microwave; - Full bathroom; - All linens, towels, bathroom essentials are provided! - This is a Classic city view unit. THE PROPERTY - Private BEACH ACCESS - Pool; - Pool Deck; - Coconuts Bar & Grill; - 2 BEACH CHAIRS per unit are provided; - 4 ON-SITE RESTAURANTS and poolside CAFE; - Activity programs for all ages; - Spacious FITNESS CENTER; - SPA Center; - 24/7 FRONT DESK and security; - On-site laundry facility; - Daily housekeeping; - Valet parking is available at USD 40 per day plus tax and self-parking is USD 35 per day plus tax; - Pets allowed up to 60 lbs for an extra charge of USD 100 per pet; - The fitness center and laundry facility are open 24 hours; - The poolside cafe is open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM; - SPA and salon are open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Wed-Sat - Housekeeping is by request - On-site restaurants are open - ocean reef offers breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM - kitchen 305 - offers dinner 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. - Property is still open but under renovation until further notice.
