Ages of Guests under the age of 18 yrs old is required. No Parties Allowed. No Smoking Allowed. No Drugs Allowed. No Pets Allowed. No Loud Noise after 10pm. Overstay after check out will be charged $250 per hour or fraction. Violating any of the above rules will cause a fee of $2,000 per occurrence. Exterior cameras are for guests safety. Location of exterior cameras: Front gate, front driveway, front door, garage, pool area, backyard, side yard There are NO interior cameras. Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as the AC, Pool or Spa can't be used because of a malfunction, we will refund the guest $100 per occurrence per day if cannot be repaired the same day. Pool Heating is an additional $300 per day and must be requested and paid for in advance at least 1 week prior to arrival. It is a large pool so it takes at least 24 hours from the time you turn on for it to be warm. Please dispose trash in bin located by street driveway area and do not leave by house as it will cause mouse and pest. We are not responsible for mouse and pest if trash is not disposed of properly.
