Hop aboard the complimentary trolley and discover a wide variety of nearby activities and entertainment options including boat tours, kayaking, and art museums. After enjoying the sunshine and sand at Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island, park in the provided spot right in front of the unit and relax in the cozy living area equipped with a charming electric fireplace. This two-story townhome features cool tile flooring, an electric fireplace, recessed lighting fixtures, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The open floor plan allows for relaxed entertaining, and the 65-inch TV is visible from every part of the first floor. Kick back on two recliners to watch your favorite shows or lounge on the queen sleeper sofa. Whip up tasty vacation meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. The dining area has ample seating, with a kitchen bar for three and a dining table set for six. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and 32-inch TV. The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, a 32-inch TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A half bath in the downstairs living area provides added convenience. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and assigned street parking for one vehicle directly in front of the unit. Your retreat is a 10-minute walk to the downtown River District. The Sidney & Berne Davis Arts Center, Centennial Park, and Look Out Pier are all within a short stroll. The seasonal and complimentary River District trolley also picks up right outside your door. Walk 10 minutes from the unit in the other direction, and you’ll find the historic Edison and Ford Winter Estates. Pick up groceries at the nearby Publix. Time your visit right and check out the seasonal Art Walk that takes place on the first Friday of each month. Take your pick between beaches and state parks within a 20-mile radius. For a fun day trip, pack a picnic and head to Fort Myers Beach or beautiful Sanibel Island - both within a 45-minute drive. Venture 90 minutes to lovely Big Cypress National Preserve or head to Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve to spot local wildlife 20 minutes away. THINGS TO KNOW If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We loved the location! Downtown (shopping/restaurants) was an easy ten-minute walk. A nice restaurant was across the street. A Publix grocery store was just behind the condo and other restaurants and shopping were within a few minutes walk. Fenway South was only about a twenty minute drive. Other great sites, e.g. the beach, was only about a thirty minute drive. Our only gripes about this property were that the manager/owner did not leave any instructions with the property. We had to ask a neighbor what to do with the trash and there were a couple of other nice to know instructions that were not provided. Also, the water pressure was horribly low at times.

We stayed here for more than two weeks while on vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and found the townhouse to be clean, roomy and well equipped. It was close to downtown, shopping, restaurants and local attractions. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

What a great space. My son and his family live in Fort Myers in a small house. The location was ideal. And the kitchen had all the tools to create a tasty Thanksgiving feast. We enjoyed a short walk to the Edison Ford estates for the Christmas lights. And the grocery store couldn’t have been anymore covenient. Would stay here again!

Property is clean with extra blankets and towels. Washer/dryer was a bonus. There were 5 of us and could have easily accommodated 2 to 3 more. Will stay here again and recommend to others who are looking for a clean and secure place.

Excellent location
We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, perfect for one family. Cannot beat the location. Walking distance to every thing.
Only couple of things: I wish they had early checkin. It would be nice to have the control of the living room fan. Also the showers had very low water pressure.. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Ft. Myers Spring Break
This townhouse was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 16 year old daughter). We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which is definitely a nice feature when you have a teenager with you! The place was extremely clean and it had everything we needed. We did not cook much as we went out to dinner every night, but it looked like the kitchen was fully stocked. The walk-in closet off the master bedroom was huge and it had extra sheets and towels, luggage holders, extra hangers, beach chairs and umbrella and disposable cooler. These were all nice features that I wasn't really expecting. We did make use of the washer and dryer while we were saying there and it was nice to be able to move onto our next destination with clean clothes. The king-sized bed in the MBR was very comfortable if you like a slightly softer bed. The location was great - right behind a Publix and First Watch restaurant (which we ate at twice). You could walk to downtown Ft. Myers if you wanted, but we opted to drive since we were coming back in the dark. There is also a really good coffee shop (Bennett's Fresh Roast) two blocks away which had great coffee and doughnuts (went there 3 times - we like our coffee). It was kind of far from the beach, but we didn't mind - it kept us away from all the beach traffic. We went to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Bonita Springs area (which was the farthest drive). Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to spend any time in the Ft. Myers area.

La unidad esta bien localizada y en buena condición. Sinembargo, le falta algunas cosas en la cocina, como una tostadora. Ademas, la esponja para lavar los platos estaba usada y vieja. Un poco de jabón y una esponja para lavar es lo básico que se espera que tenga un apartamento cuando uno lo renta.
El ventilador de l entrada nunca logramos encontrar de donde apagarlo. Tampoco la luz del ventilador.
En general, la unidad esta bien. Tal vez hace falta organizar unas pequeñas cosas.

Very nice home and great location to downtown.
Townhome and furniture are very nice except for the twin beds, not made for adults. Balcony is very small and no furniture to enjoy your morning coffee. No area outside to enjoy the weather.
