Easy access to local hiking trails - 3 minutes from Bermuda Dunes Executive Airport (private jets), 20 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport ----- Please read carefully the following House Rules and Good Neighbor policies by Riverside County. By booking a reservation, you agree to the following conditions: 1) Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am daily. No outside amplified noise 24/7. Any music played must be inside and inaudible at the property line. 2) Must park on driveway or directly in front of the property 3) No smoking and no pets please 4) Spa heating is included. Please use responsibly and turn off spa immediately after use. Pool heating is NOT included and requires an additional fee. Please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time if you'd like to heat the pool. 5) Swim at your own risk. Pool goes from 3 ft on the shallow end to 7 ft on the deep end. No lifeguard on duty. No glass by the pool. No eating in the pool. No running or diving. 6) Turn off outdoor gas grill immediately after use. 7) Guest is responsible for cleaning all dishes and putting them away before checkout. 8) Guest is responsible for taking out the trash. Trash bin and recycling bin are located on the side of the house. 9) Owner is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness occurring during the stay. 10) Guest shall cover any damages made to the property during his/her stay and shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 11) Utilities are included for reasonable normal use only. Sophie’s place is wonderful and she is a fantastic host! The house is exactly as described - well stocked and the hot tub heating being included was huge for our family. She is super responsive to questions and was very accommodating on an earlier check in and later check out. We golfed during the trip and the location was great and close to lots of great options.

We stayed here for a girls trip. The house was clean and very cute. It was the perfect location for a concert at Acrisure, hiking and great restaurants all within 10-20 minutes. The owner was always quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

This was our first experience with Vrbo and it was a great one. When we got there, the house was immaculate. The kitchen is stocked with pans/utensils, all that you would need (we basically just ate breakfast and lunch there). The seating areas are spacious and comfortable. The pool is large and lovely (saw pool maintenance being done twice the 2 weeks we were there), enjoyed the hot tub too! Our 2 married children and theirs spouses joined us for a long weekend and we had a ball being all together in this lovely space. (Please replace the cornhole game as the boards were not usable - would’ve enjoyed playing with family but no biggie). Also it is in a great location, easily accessible to Palm Desert, Palm Springs and the surrounding areas. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook here in the future!

The house was just what we needed … a nice place to spread out and get some sleep. Wish we could have spent more time around the pool but we were out and about seeing the sites and eating good food!

This was a great place. It was nice and clean. We loved the pool time and clean rooms. It was nice it had a set bathroom for each room. The only small inconvenience was the garbage disposal was not working.

The whole family absolutely LOVED this property (parents, two teens and a 12 yr old). The pool was an absolute Godsend and was wonderfully equipped with lots of floaties to enjoy. We spent the majority of our time outside, used the BBQ, sat around in the evenings on the patio, and enjoyed the hot tub! The beds are extremely comfortable (the sheets are amazing! I don’t know where they came from but they’re seriously the softest I’ve ever felt!), the whole house is very well appointed and beautifully furnished. The host, Sophie, was so quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We all absolutely loved our stay here and would absolutely return in the future - 10/10!!

This home has plenty of space and amenities - we had no issues and were happy at how clean Sophie’s rental is. It’s a small thing, but a big deal for us: there’s a no shoes in the house policy! That alone made us feel like the place was clean. I can’t say enough about the salt water pool - we spent hours swimming and hanging out poolside because it had little or no effect on our skin. Great way to spend our vacation!

We really enjoyed this house. It was very clean, the property manager was responsive and helpful, the bedrooms were nice-sized, it was great to have multiple bathrooms and we loved the backyard by the pool!

This house is so beautiful, the layout is perfect and the pool and outdoor area is greatly laid out. The house was spotless clean and has beautiful and comfortable furniture and beds. We stayed here at the windy time of the year and there was a lot of dust outside because of the strong winds, but that didn't take away from us spending time indoor and playing games. The host was great communicator and never missed a beat in reposting promptly.

My group of 5 adult friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed to have a fantastic time. The layout of the house allowed everyone their own space and privacy when needed but also has great areas to gather together and enjoy each other's company. The backyard is AMAZING! It is very private, and we took full advantage of the pool as well as the spa. The landscaping in both the front yard and the backyard is absolutely gorgeous! Their citrus trees produce the most delicious fruit! Everything indoors and outside was very clean, and we really appreciated the supplies/toiletries that were provided. The house is in a great location in the valley that allows easy access to Palm Springs as well as other local destinations and stores. Our wonderful host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!
