Fieldhouse MHK is a brand new luxury condo at Colbert Hills featuring an airy, modern interior perfect for those traveling for business or pleasure. Unwind after a long day of work with your business colleague in the spacious condo. Watch evening sports with high end entertainment features, all while each having your own luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Gather around the fire pit after a round of golf and enjoy the outdoor TV all while being surrounded by the peaceful, rolling hills. +Entertain The condo features sweeping floor to ceiling windows that open up to the outside gathering space where you can wrap up your day by lounging around the fire pit while watching your favorite sports team on YouTube TV. The ample kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the tools you would need to cook meals during your stay. This condo is a tech-lovers dream with its blazing fast WiFi, 5 TV’s and whole unit surround sound via Sonos. The complimentary beverage bar will help you power up in the morning as you will have your choice of coffee or tea. +Sleep The master suite boasts a luxurious king sized bed with a large walk in closet and private master bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and is situated across the hallway from the secondary bathroom. In the main living space, there is a queen-sized pull out couch as well as a twin-sized pull out chair to accommodate larger groups or kids. +Pamper Enjoy getting ready for the day in one of the two spacious bathrooms that offer all of the top luxuries. The floor to ceiling walk-in showers are stocked with high-quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash while Turkish bath towels provide the perfect touch for your daily pampering. +Logistics One covered parking space is provided in the parking garage located on the first floor of the building. A second parking space is available on an outdoor surface parking lot. The building provides seamless accessibility features allowing one to park and arrive at the unit without stairs by utilizing the elevator. Guests will be sent a building and unit door code the day prior to check in. Driving Distances: Colbert Hills Golf Course and Restaurant ~ 1 minute K-State Sports Complex ~ 7 minutes Aggieville ~ 13 minutes Manhattan Town Center ~ 15 minutes MHK Airport ~ 11 minutes There is a $500 deposit for the condo. It is not charged to you upon booking, only reserved in the case of damage or theft. If something gets damaged or broken, please let us know and we will figure out a solution. While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay. We have an outdoor/outward facing camera overlooking the patio space for your safety. In addition we have a decibel detector within the unit to ensure the noise from the unit is not being heard from the adjacent neighbors. Please note that if you cancel a booked reservation, and it is within the timeframe for a full refund, you will receive the refund minus the credit card processing fee of 2.9%.

Property was perfectly cared for and communication was excellent. Would book this stay again in a heartbeat. Although it was too cold for outdoors this would be a great place for Spring and early Fall with an awesome outdoor entertainment space. Won’t be disappointed with your stay! Thanks for having us.

We were in Manhattan for a unique personal situation that required a few changes to our travel plans and Jordan was so incredibly kind and accommodating. The condo is very new and in a serene location, yet close to all the essentials in town. We enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and took advantage of the gym. The condo is well stocked and had everything we needed. Then bed was very comfortable, we loved having Sonos speakers everywhere, and the patio was a great place to relax. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was everything that was promised and more! 3 different types of pillows on the bed to choose from, allergy friendly products in bath and kitchen. Very secure building with assigned parking spot. Top of the line appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. A lovely ground floor patio with fire pit, tv and seating at the bar counter or around the fire pit. Definitely will return to this bit of heaven

If we could give more than 5-Stars we would!! This place exceeded all expectations when picking a Vrbo! We are clean freaks and this unit was immaculate! Jordan and Jason are the perfect hosts and the owner’s out did themselves. The unit is perfectly stocked with extras and then-some and the decor is beautiful. Comfortable beds! Amazing layout and did we mention so very CLEAN?!!??!! This is it in Manhattan Kansas! Do not look elsewhere!!!! This is the place to stay!

This is our second time staying here and we love it. The place is everything the listing shows and more. Extremely clean and upgraded everything. Great outdoor entertaining area. Love the location a couple blocks from Colbert Hills Clubhouse where you can go for a cpl drinks and sit out on patio with amazing views. Jordan is amazing to work with, communication is so easy and responds fast to any questions. We will always try to stay here when we are visiting our son at kstate. Thanks again Jordan for another great time at your place
