A wonderfully clean, comfortable place to stay. Easy access to the ocean (with an incredible view of the ocean from the balcony). Easy in, convenient parking and access. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely book this property again.

What a great place! Condo was absolutely beautiful and well equipped. So many nice touches including the welcome basket with a roll of quarters for the laundry. Loved watching the sun rise every morning over the ocean on the balcony with my coffee followed by morning walk on the beach. Took advantage of the pool and tennis/pickleball facilities at the Ocean Club. The second balcony off the bedroom gets the afternoon sun. Susan immediately responded to any questions I had. I also got a peak of her one bedroom units in the sister building -- they are also beautiful! We so enjoyed our time here and I have already booked for next year!

We absolutely loved our month in this beautifully furnished condo. It is spacious and well appointed with many unexpected amenities. We especially enjoyed it being an end unit because it provides all day sun. We very much appreciated how clean it was and also how accessible the owner was for any questions I had. The location is perfect for walking, golfing, dining or relaxing next door at the Marriott facilities. I highly recommend this condo. We cannot wait to return next year.

Great area if you love quiet, simple vacationing. Susan (and Tom) were extremely helpful and accessible and their condo has all updated finishes which was really nice when the weather wasn't so nice - which I was told is very uncommon. Will defintely stay with them again if we come back.

We live in a cold climate, so it was nice to get-away to a warmer place right on the ocean. We enjoyed many walks on the non-crowded beach. The condo was great - well furnished with kitchen utensils and such, towels and even some toiletries. The owners communicated with us before, during and after our stay (but not too much) which was nice. We enjoyed the many restaurant choices and taking drives in Ft. Pierce, Jenson Beach and Stuart. We will certainly visit this area again.

The property was wonderful! It has a great view of the ocean, a nice deck to stit out on, bright, cheerful decor, a nice kitchen, comfortable beds, and is located steps from the beach. The owners were a joy to work with and I would for sure stay there again!!

We enjoyed staying here. Susan was extremely responsive in our communication as well as very helpful. We stayed for a few days for a family wedding. We found the condo to be very clean, updated, great location, very well appointed, with beautiful views of the ocean. We had the windows open and loved the great ocean cross breezes blowing throughout. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony very much. Thank you Susan!

This beach condo was perfect! This condo was super clean, grounds well-kept, easy parking, elevator access, luggage carts. This unit is literally steps from the pool and the beach! Great view from the condo balcony. Close to shopping and dining. The decor is charming - beach themed with just the right amount of furnishings; didn’t feel cramped or crowded. Plenty of linens and bathroom necessities were available, and there is a very well-equipped kitchen. Everything we could have needed or wanted for a short beach getaway (for 3 adult females - best friends from way back) available at this property at a reasonable price. Susan was promptly responsive to pre-arrival messages. Would highly recommend this property to others and would definitely stay there again!

This Is what a VRBO experience should be. This felt like a home away from home. Apartment was clean, fully stocked, best parking spot in the building, nice view, great amenities, tons of resources about the town and access to the resort amenities through their membership (extra fee). Stop looking, book this unit, you won’t regret it.

This condo is exceptional! The owners are extremely helpful, responsive and prompt to answer any questions. The condo is immaculately clean and comfortable. It is decorated so perfectly for a relaxing beach get away. It has so many wonderful amenities such as excellent WIFI, large big screen TV's with streaming service, Keurig coffee, beach chairs, pool noodles, beach towels, and all the amenities you will need in the kitchen to cook a nice meal. The condo even has cute dog bowls to make your pets feel welcome. The pool and ocean view from the main balcony is wonderful! The location of this condo is truly the best I have stayed in Hutchinson Island. It is so close to everything (e.g., restaurants, Publix, CVS, ice cream, surf shops, gas stations). I highly recommend this condo! It truly does provide a terrific vacation experience for families and anyone trying to get away. We definitely will be staying here again and again! :)

The condo is updated and just a wonderful place to stay. I've stayed at a few units on the property, and this, by far, has been the best one! The floorplan is great what the rooms separate from the living area. You also have a parking spot under the building, providing shade and a cool car! The condo is well stocked, and they even provide some welcome snacks and have lots of f K-Cup pods for you! Susan is quick to respond to any questions and needs. I look forward to another stay!

This was the cutest condo! Decorated to a T! They even had a little dog bowl area. They were quick to respond with any issues or inquiries. We will definitely book here again!!

I'm going to go into detail here because this place should be the gold standard for vacation rentals if you ask me. Firstly, you have your own parking spot directly under the building. It is a garage of sorts but not difficult at all, no tight spaces or anything like that. There is also a parking lot right next to the building if you needed multiple vehicles. Beach access: In the garage there is a big white gate that leads directly to the pool. It was a nice pool with a lot of chairs around it. Directly from this pool area is the beach access, there is a boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. I timed it and it takes about 75 seconds to walk from the elevator to the beach so it couldn't be any better! This boardwalk does have stairs, but there is a very sturdy rail if you are bringing somebody with some mobility issues. My grandpa uses a wheelchair for long distances and struggles with stairs but was able to navigate this distance fine. If you absolutely cannot do stairs, you could purchase the Marriott pass as mentioned in the listing. The beach entrance from the Marriott is a ramp, but obviously you would still have to navigate the beach. But if stairs are an absolute no, you could get the Marriott pass and use that ramp. The beach area by the condo was never busy, felt very private. The space: When you first walk in, you are immediately hit with a wonderfully clean smell and just the cutest place I've ever seen. Most rentals are pretty sparse but man they have everything. Plenty of bedding and extra quilts if needed. Lots of bath towels. There were 6 beach towels, tennis rackets, a beach umbrella, two beach chairs, pool toys, two boogie boards, and obviously a fully stocked kitchen. There was even some salt and pepper, cooking spray, sweeteners and a Keurig with a fully stocked Keurig pod rack. And I mean stacked, there were a ton. Also the ice maker in the fridge is freaking fast and quiet. Usually when the ice maker in the freezer it's super loud but we never heard this one at all, and it produced really fast. There is not a cooler, but we purchased a recyclable one from Publix for $4. It was just such a beautiful condo, plus there are hooks everywhere! You know how when you go on vacation there's no where to hang our stuff? Not here, hooks galore. There is a coin washer/dryer right outside the unit in the hallway if you need. On top of all this, the area is lovely. We took daily walks around the golf course area.
